Villa Zahara is a large, spectacular villa with private pool and lawned gardens ideally located close to Alcudia and its unforgettable sandy beaches. With 3 bedrooms, 240sqm of indoor space, welcoming interiors, stylish details and wide common areas, the villa can comfortably sleep up to 6 guests. The manicured gardens of more than 5000sqm complement the setting.
Inside, the villa is air-conditioned and has been renovated to the highest standard yet retaining all the traditional charm typical of Mallorca. The main living area is located on the ground floor. It consists of a beautiful lounge (air-conditioned), fully equipped kitchen, dining area, separate laundry room, and even an “internal garden”. On the ground floor there are also 2 welcoming bedrooms (air-conditioned, one double, one twin), a family bathroom and a WC. On the upper floor there is a beautiful air-conditioned double bedroom with en-suite bathroom A large terrace overlooks the pool, the garden and the surrounding countryside for endless relaxation under the Mallorcan sun.
Outside, the villa is surrounded by extensive gardens with sunbathing terraces, flowers, trees and Mediterranean shrubs. The private pool measures 35sqm and is provided with comfortable sunbeds for the guests to enjoy. The extensive terraces are furnished with sofas, armchairs and dining table, perfect for outdoor dining and living. Barbecue is also provided.
