Portion of an ancient typical Tuscan farmhouse.
The house is located in the quaint medieval village of Terricciola a stone's throw from all services.
The apartment, with separate entrance, is on the ground floor with access to the large porch and the exclusive garden where you can enjoy a magnificent view of the hills of Pisa.
The elegant loft, of over 65 square meters, bright and welcoming with the beamed ceiling and the original stone walls is accompanied by a lovely bathroom with shower and a large fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the loggia.
The orientation to the west of the house offers magnificent sunsets over the olive groves and the villages lying on the hills, up to Pisa and up to the Apuan Alps.

Consumption and weekly change of bed linen and towels are included in the price.

In less than an hour's drive you can reach many cities of art and fascinating medieval villages such as Volterra, San Gimignano, Versilia, Lucca, Pisa, Siena, Florence and the beaches of the Tyrrhenian Sea.
We are 9 km from the Terme di Casciana where you can enjoy balneotherapy, whirlpools and beauty farm treatments, from Lajatico with its Teatro del Silenzio, from Lari with the castle and the famous Martelli artisan pasta factory and many other charming villages such as Peccioli, Palaia, Chianni etc ...

Great location with wonderful views . We were welcomed with plate of delicious food and bottle of wine from local vineyard , plus invitation to wine tasting which we participated in and enjoyed very much .

We stayed in Sole for 2 nights then in Terra for 4 nights. Both were excellent and Maurizio could not have been more helpful. Sole had a pool but Terra was more spacious. Also had a large covered area to sit in the shade.

Stefania and Maurizio are definitely super host. They are super warm, lay back and welcoming. Try the traditional Tuscany meal Stefania cooks. It's an authentic experience that you can't find anywhere else. I really admired their philosophy of aiming at making their customers to feel and enjoy the wonderful Tuscany experience they want to share with instead of focus on the biz itself. Maurizio told me, "The most important thing is that you are happy and experienced what we would like you to share with you. Money is not the most important. If you are happy, money will come naturally." It's so true! I am happy, and now I want to share it with future travelers. Also, Maurizio recommended wine tasting at Podere La Chiesa, which is a must try too. They have the same philosophy hence they are best buds with each other.

Apres une grosse déception dû au fait qu'il n'y ai pas de lave linge pourtant annoncé avec un sèche linge sur l'annonce, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est très agréable avec une tres belle vue sur les collines. Nous reviendrons lorsqu'il y aura du soleil ( notre séjour a été tres pluvieux) et un lave linge.... aura du soleil du soleil

Relax, accoglienza e tramonti stupendi!

Capita a tutti di avere l'urgente necessità di allontanarsi dalla frenetica routine quotidiana per ripristinare energie ed equilibrio interiore e cercare quindi un rifugio che ti sappia accogliere, coccolare, rilassare e donarti i giusti ritmi vitali. TERRA ci ha donato tutto questo, con i suoi spazi adeguati e ben curati, con il suo giardino privato esposto a sud ovest che ospita tramonti nei quali fermare il tempo oltre a permettere al nostro cagnolino di fare bagni di sole infiniti! Appartamento accogliente e pulito, con tutti i suppellettili essenziali. Il paese di Terricciola, in cui è situato, sembra essersi fermato nel tempo e preserva l'essenza, la spontaneità e la genuinità delle relazioni sociali. Inoltte l'accoglienza di Maurizio e famiglia è stata per noi preziosa, notevole! Da qui si possono raggiungere, in pochi minuti, siti da visitare che vi resteranno nel cuore( Lajatico, Peccioli...) e a pochi km di distanza troverete Volterra o Pisa ed infine il mare! Noi ve lo consigliamo!

Sehr schön eingerichtete , geräumigè Unterkunft mit herrlichem Blick. Die Vermieter sind hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen, aber trotzdem sind alle Ziele im Ort zügig zu Fuß zu erreichen. Rundum sehr empfehlenswert. Birgit und Joachim

Sommerurlaub

Die Unterkunft entsprach genau der Internet-Beschreibung und wir waren rundum zufrieden. Die Lage oberhalb der Ortschaft war O.k. nur leider durch die angrenzenden Häuser zu laut. Der Schotterparkplatz verursachte ständig Geräusche,(auch nachts). Stefania und Mauritius waren perfekte Gastgeber. Der Einladung zu einem Abend mit selbst zubereiteten toskanischen Spezialitäten sind wir gerne gefolgt und waren sehr angetan. Wir können die Unterkunft und die Gastgeber uneingschränkt weiter empfehlen.
