This villa is located in the prestige area of Maui between the Ritz Carlton and Montage! The two-level villa is located on the second floor overlooking the 9th Green of Kapalua's Bay Course, with views of the Ocean and Molokai, and the West Maui mountains. From the lanai, watch golfers from tee to green while taking in the breathtaking view of the ocean and the surrounding West Maui Mountains at the same time. You have the choice of one of 4 beaches! Kapalua Bay Beach has the best snorkeling, Napili Bay Beach is a wonderful swimming and boogie boarding beach for kids, Oneloa Beach is a great secluded beach, and DT Fleming is a great family beach just down the walkway from the Ritz Carlton. The Kapalua Resort Shuttle will take you between any two points in the 1500-acre resort, including Kapalua Bay Beach, Napili Bay Beach, Oneloa Beach, DT Fleming Beach, Kapalua Adventure Center, any of the restaurants, as well as pick up and drop off at the West Maui Airport for free. Bringing children? Check out the Ritz Carlton Jean-Michel Cousteau’s Ambassadors of the Environment program for 5 years and older.

This 1,250 square feet spacious condo has new furniture and your own washer/dryer. The bedroom has a king-size bed and a comfortable pull-out sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator. All kitchen supplies can be used at your convenience. There are two 32' Flat Panel TVs in the living room and bedroom. Both TVs are equipped with HD service and DVRs. You will have your own designated parking space. There are stairs leading to the condo from the parking space.

The Kapalua Ridge complex has two well-maintained swimming pools with two gas barbeque grills at each pool site. These grills are the cleanest public grills that you can imagine. Beach towels are provided in the unit for you to take to the pool or the beaches.

Take advantage of the FREE shuttle provided by the Kapalua Resort to take you to the nearby beaches, restaurants, golf courses, shops, and anywhere within the Resort. The Free shuttle will also take you to the West Maui (Kapalua) Airport.

The Ridge in Kapalua is absolutely amazing area to stay at. The condo is well supplied , clean and comfortable, (feels like you’re at home). Very accessible to nearby beaches, restaurant's and other amenities.

Wonderful

I usually stay on the south side of Maui, Kihei or Wailea area. Decided to stay on the west side this trip. We have never stayed in Kapalua; what a wonderful location! Multiple ocean views from the lanai downstairs and upstairs, and the kitchen is stocked with all appliances, dishes and cookware that you could ever need.

Simply amazing!

We spent 4 days at the Ridge at Kapalua, and had an amazing time! Walking distance to the beach, which had fantastic snorkeling, and also the amazing coastal trail. The kitchen had everything we wanted, and we were in the lap of luxury our entire stay. In the evenings we tended to go out to Lahaina. The 2 pools were also great, and only wish we took advantage of the BBQs there. Can't recommended it enough!

Best Location in Maui

Fantastic property on Hole #3 of the Kapalua Golf - Bay Course. Short walk to some of the best coastline in all of Maui. Unit is perfect with a constant breeze if you leave the front door open (screens keep the bugs out) and surprisingly efficient A/C if you need that. Owner is fantastic and even offered to ship items we accidentally left behind. Highly recommend!

Paradise in Kapalua

Our first reaction to Tatiana’s condo was WOW ! It was so much nicer than the posted pictures. Furniture and decor was top notch. Maybe the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept on. Views from everywhere including shower. The condos location is great for active people. Beautiful morning walks to nearby hikes. Love the Honolua Store ! The only negative would be getting the code 5 hrs before check in. I understand protecting current renters from giving out the code too early but prior communication on how the check in process would proceed would have eliminated any stress it created. We definitely will stay at Tatiana’s condo in the future. Loved it ❤️ Duane and Jeannie

Great place with steps

Great place if you don't have an issue with steps. At the age of 75 I considered myself fortunate to still be able to climb the steps to the location. With the breeze, we never felt the need to use air conditioning. A very comfortable place to stay. Our challenge came in getting the code to get in the property. In previous VRBO locations we received necessary codes a week in advance. This time it was four hours. I requested it be sent by text, but it was sent by an email which was a challenge while in route. Finally, upon arrival the code did not work and we had to call the host. (The code reader needed new batteries.) If we were comfortable that we could get in the property, then we would stay there again.

My husband and I are just finishing up our one-week stay in this condo. We had a fabulous time! The condo is extremely comfortable in walking distance from several different beaches. There is plenty to do at Kapalua Resort. The coastal trail mentioned in the other reviews was breathtakingly beautiful. The condo is very comfortable, with lanais on two floors overlooking the golf course with distant ocean views. The condo is larger than expected and has a comfortable layout. There are lots of windows so breezes come in from both sides. The condo is very quiet and provides a nice rest from the touristy areas of Maui. We also tried the pool which was great and the BBQ which was very clean and convenient. There is a designated parking space downstairs. The staff at Kapalua were very nice and helpful - the pool code changed only the week before which was not updated in the welcome book provided in the apartment, but the Kapalua Ridge groundskeeper went out of his way to help us. Also, when we arrived there was a typo in the entry code so we had to contact the owner right away - she responded immediately with the right code. I think you could not go wrong with this condo!

Good stay with some hiccups

This place was super comfy for what we needed! The king size bed was lovely, they had extra beach umbrellas and chairs to use, and a fully stocked kitchen. The only things I would recommend to the owner is to create TV instructions (we couldn’t turn on the upstairs TV - remote seemed missing), a once more vacuum before guests arrive (there were ~20 dead flies around the windows when we checked in), and it would be nice to have AC on before guests arrive as well. Once we were settled, we very much enjoyed our stay!

We just returned from Hawaii, We sure wanted to stay much longer. This condo was great! We absolutely loved it and would rent it again. The location is great. It’s a bit farther to drive from Kaanapali but it’s in such an amazing area, with excellent beaches nearby. The best snorkeling beaches in Maui are right here. This is the second time staying in Kapalua and we enjoy how much quieter it is. The condo was clean and well maintained. The king-sized bed was so comfy we are now dissatisfied with our own bed. The only concern we had is not an issue with the condo, but with our own needs. There is no door to the upstairs where the master bath and bedroom suite are so when our boys wanted to come upstairs where we were keeping their clothes, they needed to announce themselves. They did have their own shower in the downstairs bathroom which was nice. It’s also worth noting that there are a lot of stairs to the condo and inside the condo. Not a problem for us but maybe for others?

Beautifully Situated

This was our second time staying at the Kapalua Ridge Condominiums- what we particularly love about this area is how beautifully situated each space is. We loved the views we got to experience from this condo! Waking up each Morning to a beautiful view of the trees on the golf course was so special! The condo was extremely clean and had everything we needed to eat meals and even had a portable cooler -which we too to the beach! Lovely grounds and property all together! Oh, and did I mention there are beautiful peekaboo views of the ocean from a few places in the condo? I won’t spoil the surprise but it was so lovely! We truly enjoyed our time and the host made it very easy to reach out - the communication was timely and always friendly! We would absolutely stay here again!

Great location to Kapalua Golf

The location is great if you plan to play golf at Kapalua Plantation course. It is about 5 minutes drive to The Plantation golf course. One thing to note here is that the unit backs one of The Bay golf course fairways. You will be awaken by the golf course maintenance lawn mowing activities in the early hours in the mornings around 6 am. Since this was my Maui golf getaway, I got up early to play morning golf and then had the whole afternoon to relax at the nearby beaches (Kapalua Bay Beach, Fleming Beach, Oneloa Beach and Slaughterhouse Beach).

Paradise!

This is our third trip to Kapalua and our first time staying at this property. We will be returning to the same spot. The unit was clean and so quite :-) . It also had amazing views from every window. We loved everything about it.

A gem of a place

My second stay at this condo this year. The location and setting offer easy access to beaches, restaurants and nearby resorts. It is quiet with lovely views and landscaping. Watch golfers right outside the unit. The kitchen is well stocked and the appliances are updated. I look forward to returning.

Kapalua is a place of peace. We enjoy the serene surroundings and convenience of the 2 Kapalua golf courses, as well as the panoramic views of the ocean. Kaanapali and Lahaina are a short 10-15-minute drive if we want the conveniences of shopping, dining, and that small-town feel.
