Cozy 2 bedroom apartment in small community +huge garden and views of the SJ-bay

The apartment is part of a retreat of 8 rustic apartments ( Cabanas Lobotepe) located on a hill with splendid views, behind the docks, only a 5 minute walk from the beach and center of San Juan del Sur. It has a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a hotwater-bathroom and a kitchen/living room, in total 50m2.. Additionally there is a 40m2 covered terrace with hammocks, picnic table and rocking chairs. Included are wifi, a gas stove/oven, a refrigerator, cooking utensils, a coffee maker, a blender, sheets and towels.
Cleaning is done every 5 days and is included in the price. The apartment is the ground floor of a 2-story well built concrete brick house.
We have a private parking place, some 30 m from the apartment inside the property; during the day and night a caretaker is present.
You are surrounded by fruittrees and tropical plants, but only 350 m from the restaurants, bars and downtown area. In between of the trees you see glimpses of the Bay and from the 2 communal terraces with BBQ area you have a broad view of the San Juan Bay, beaches and the Pacific. Small shops are nearby in the street: the small hill is part of the fishermen neighborhood called Camilo Ortega. Expect to be part of the Nicaraguan street life.
