This is a one Bedroom , one Bath Suite ,separate Entrance ,but located in a single Family Home in a lovely and secure gated Community near the village of La Mision.Rosarito Beach is a 25 minute drive to the north,and Ensenada 25 minutes to the South.There are 9 fantastic Restaurants and Bars within a 2mile Radius,among them world famous La Fonda.Our area is the most beautiful (in my humble opinion)on the stretch between Tijuana and Ensenada ,with sweeping views of the coastline and a wonderful ,mostly empty public Beach.The room itself features lovely Ocean Views(from the Bed!), has it's own Patio with an outdoor Bar,Lounge Chairs and a small Table and Chairs for your outdoor Enjoyment.There is a large,secure Space for Surfboards or Bicycle Storage behind the House.The Studio Room itself features wireless Internet ,Coffeemaker Refrigerator,Microwave and Toaster Oven. It is totally self contained with a Queen Bed,En Suite Bathroom and it’s own Entrance.(You never have to see me,unless You want to😜)The Complex offers a beautiful Swimming Pool and Jacuzzi. Perfect for a romanticCouples Getaway, a Surfing Weekend ,Winetasting in the Guadalupe Valley or just a relaxing Weekend far from the maddening Crowds!

Perfect spot

Heide’s place is the perfect spot! It’s safe, clean, easy to locate, and she is a great hostess. She was easy to communicate with and offered lots of suggestions on what to visit. We’ll definitely be back!

Safe, quiet, adorable community on the coast

We had a really nice stay at Heide’s place for the weekend while we attended a wedding in Rosarito. The place was quiet and cozy and we felt very safe in the gated community. Heide was a fantastic host! She let us borrow her iron and gave us a bunch of great recommendations for things to do and places to eat in the area. We had an amazing time!

Great getaway

It was a super fun easy trip. The house is in a very safe nice gated community. The directions were very easy to follow. It was close to the beach and wineries.

Great place to learn about the area (Rosarito and Ensenada)

Heide is an outstanding host and a great source of knowledge about the area. We enjoyed learning from her and the garden space right outside your door is a beautiful, quiet setting to enjoy some wine and just hangout. We would definitely stay there again.

CLEAN & COMFY PRIVATE STUDIO

We had a short 2 night stay. The accommodations included ; wi-fi, drinking water, clean bed & bath linens, comfortable bed, hot shower, mini frig, coffee pot & plenty of room to move around. The view out the back patio is beautiful & hostess Heidi is a sweetheart. Will definitely return

Perfect quiet spot

The studio was just right for what we needed. Location is quiet with nice ocean views. Host is very accommodating. There was no t.v in the room but she offered to bring one in with DVDs. I used my laptop and watched netflix instead. The room had all the needed essentials. I didnt get to use the facilities on the property because we were out all day. I would definitely stay again.

Beautiful clean safe

Heide's place was beautiful. Very clean and comfortable. The house and location gorgeous! We were very comfortable It is close to great amazing food and being horse lovers... close to riding in la Mision and the horse rescue!!! Beautiful!

Great host and great accomodations

Heide was a great host. You have the option to enter your room through the house or from your own entrance. The room and bathroom were very clean and spacious. There is a pool and Jacuzzi in the complex. The Jacuzzi was not hot and the pool seemed to get dirty the next day so we did not go swimming. Even so, the condition of the pool and Jacuzzi did not detract from our stay.

Nice property and hostess

We had a great stay here and the hostess and house were very accommodating. Everything we ended up forgetting, Heidi was happy to provide us with. The house was beautiful and has all the amenities you could need. The jacuzzi wasn’t working, and that was a major disappointment for us. Also, it wasn’t a bother, but the room is right next to the hostess’ room. It felt like we had the place to ourselves, but that would be something good to know ahead of time. Great location, safe neighborhood. We would stay here again if the jacuzzi is working. Thanks Heidi!

Great place to RELAX with fabulous views

Heide is a great host, giving us tips on where to go, what to see and where to eat:-) But the best is when you stay home, RELAX and enjoy the great views from the ocean or stroll through the neighbor hood. It truly is a great location and you are close to all sights to see, including close to Rosarito or the wine country. We will certainly return, thanks Heide

This property is located in a beautiful area halfway between Rosarito Beach and Ensenada. We have the best beaches for surfing,swimming ,horseback riding and relaxing!7 great restaurants are located within a 1 mile radius,they also feature live music,dancing and nightlife.a fantastic golf resort ,Bajamar,is just 6 miles up the road.One of the worlds finest wine regions,the Guadalupe valley,is just a 30 minute drive from the house, a winelovers dream come true with dozens of wonderful wineries and restaurants,and scenery resembling the Tuscany region of Italy.Rosarito and Ensenada feature excellent shopping and dining .i have lived all over the world,but over the span of 40 years,i have always returned to visit this area as my finally,8 years ago,i had the illuminating thought:why not move to where you like it best? And i did just that-never regretted it for a moment!
