No parties, events, or loud gatherings—violation may lead to eviction without refund.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No street shoes, heels, or outside footwear in the apartment. We have a tailor-made parquet floor which is highly susceptible to scratching.
It is prohibited to create noise in the period from 10 PM to 6 AM, which could be heard out of the apartment and disturb neighbors.
Refrain from using your own kitchen utensils when cooking with the hob because the hob works by induction and special metal utensils must be used.
