Clean and spacious cottage, perfect for a relaxing break.
Clean and spacious cottage, perfect for a relaxing break. You can watch the waves breaking on the shore from the conservatory during the daytime and the lights of the fishing boats in the bay from the upstairs lounge at night. The shop opposite is well stocked and the community cafe does great scones. Several good walks nearby along with birdwatching and archaeological remains. Definitely somewhere to return to.

We had the best time, we bbq, d in the great garden overlooking the sea, myself and my nephew went in the sea, there's lots nearby to go and visit, lighthouses, Gardens, fish ponds, castles and lots more, the cottage was perfect, very homely and comfy, specially the amazing lounge upstairs, great size family bathroom, well equipped kitchen, and generous bedrooms, we will definitely be back again, it was the most relaxing time. The views were also stunning, with great sunsets. You can't fail to enjoy yourself.

Had a wonderful relaxing break at Harbour Cottage.
Had a wonderful relaxing break at Harbour Cottage. Exactly what we needed. The cottage is lovely and the location is superb if you love being on the coast and watching the sea life out of your window.
The owner was very approachable and helpful. The coastline around there is fantastic and some wonderful walks. Good local shop across the road and an excellent takeaway (plus a fish n chip van on a Thursday!!)
No pub at the moment and because of Covid the restaurant across the road wasn't open but that is the times we are in at the moment.
Thank you and we will be back.

Views from the living room were excellent.
Views from the living room were excellent. Local area beautiful. Very few amenities in the village just a Spar shop but a visiting fish and chip van was good. Also we enjoyed the evening bar at the inshore lifeboat cafe at the weekends, more personal than a village pub. Cottage was well equipped and mainly comfortable. Outside furniture a little past it’s best. Inside dining area was a disappointment, just a table with benches in a corner of the kitchen, nothing like the photos. A proper dining table (or a foldaway one) in the sunroom with a view would be nicer for a family holiday.

Brilliant location, lovely cottage and had hoped to return next year until we found the price for the same week next year was more than £200 more than what we paid this year!

In a relatively undiscovered area, and we loved it.
In a relatively undiscovered area, and we loved it.
Everything we needed was within walking distance, including a garage when we had a puncture!
The cottage had arguably, the prime location in the village and was a delight being spacious and well equipped.
We enjoyed the options to relax in either the daylight filled conservatory or the upper floor comfortable lounge with views across the bay!

This is a fabulous cottage in a beautiful location.
This is a fabulous cottage in a beautiful location. It is very well equipped, from kitchen basics to kids games and books - very much a home from home. Definitely one of the best cottages we have rented. It is also ideally situated for touring the local area. It was lovely to be welcomed to the cottage and given some local info which was very helpful. I would highly recommend Harbour Cottage.
