Large garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture. ½-acre grounds. 2 dogs welcome, to be kept on a lead at all times (sheep country). Bike store. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. Horcum View is a holiday bungalow located in the heart of Lockton with views over the North Yorkshire Moors. Peaceful location, with the occasional sound of the steam train chugging its way through the valley. Take a journey on the steam train (Levisham station ½ mile) through the heart of the National Park. North Yorkshire Moors are home to abbeys, castles and cycle/bridle paths. Visit Castle Howard, Yorkshire’s finest historic house and estate, or Eden Camp, a unique museum. Shop 6 miles, pub and restaurant 1 mile.
