The most amazing holiday cottage, just perfect for relaxing, walking the dogs and switching off from the world.Well equipped and comfortable. Loved sitting out in the garden and reading after a long walk round the hills or along the coast. Great location to explore the area and further a field. We lucked out with the weather. Views out to sea were exceptional. The perfect getaway. â¤ï¸â¤ï¸

Had a lovely week at Gigha Cottage.
Had a lovely week at Gigha Cottage. Great house and lovely village, right on the beach for blustery October walks with the dog. Really friendly pub (dog friendly) and well-stocked shop open daily which had everything we needed. Cottage was warm and cozy and enclosed garden great for the dog too.

Enjoyable relaxing holiday in a relatively un-spoilt corner of Scotland.
Enjoyable relaxing holiday in a relatively un-spoilt corner of Scotland. The cottage was clean and presentable with fabulous sea views to the front and a sun-trap garden to the rear. Only 20 or so yards from the sea.

Lovely cottage that is deceptively spacious.
Lovely cottage that is deceptively spacious. Could not ask for better views and local walks, just a great place to relax and chill out. Only negative was the pre-set electric heating that never activated. Also it is a pity that the characterful Ship Inn in Drummore has closed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 'Gigha' and would recommend it to anyone who wants peace and quiet
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 'Gigha' and would recommend it to anyone who wants peace and quiet, and just to escape the rat race. We were blessed with fantastic weather and so used the garden a lot. The beach is just across the road at the front of the property but the road is very quiet. The views from the front windows across Luce bay are stunning, as is the whole area. A very well stocked village shop is only a few minutes walk away (or a minutes drive). Can't recommend this property enough. It was immaculately kept, the broadband was really good, we had no problems with it. To sit at the window was a real treat, we definitely intend to return we loved 'Gigha' (and so did Alfie, our westie).

Excellent cottage, very comfortable.
Excellent cottage, very comfortable. Good location looking directly at the sea. Enclosed garden ideal for the dogs and easy access to local walks, either short or strenuous whichever suits.
Local shop available for provisions if required and local pub and cafe all to be recommended.

The cottage is lovely, a perfect home from home.
The cottage is lovely, a perfect home from home. Just one or 2 niggles but nothing to take away from the cottage at all. Views are out of this world, the sound of the sea at night is lulling you to sleep. Only niggle was no where open as it is winter but again nothing major.

Nice and cosy cottage in a beautiful location.
Nice and cosy cottage in a beautiful location. Welcome pack and starter supply of logs were appreciated.
The only downside was the cleaner had used a very strong smelling cleaner in the fridge and microwave which tainted our food. Apart from that loved it. Thank you.
