Casa delle Galee is located in a quiet position at the beginning of Chianalea di Scilla, an ancient and characteristic fishing village, one of the most beautiful in Italy, with its houses directly on the sea. The property is one of the few in the village to have a large garden / terrace, furnished, with barbecue area, outdoor dressing room and shower. Inside it is composed of a large living area, with dining table and living room, a functional kitchen with new appliances and a bathroom. Upstairs, a loft and accessible by a small staircase, there are three bedrooms: one double, one single and one double. Casa delle Galee is the ideal place to live in close contact with the sea, both in summer and in less crowded areas. A wonderful location. The view was stunning and an amazing and comfortable place to spend the days watching the water. It’s easily walkable to anything in Scilla. Pierlu and Alessandra are both amazing and super friendly. They went out of the way to help us. I would recommend staying here 1000/10.

A Superb private property at the end of Chianalea

My wife and I loved staying at this unique property for 8 nights. The sound of the waves, the extraordinary garden and the professionalism of the owner are all top-quality. This is a most sympa place to stay in Scilla. Buono buono!

Great holiday home by the sea

This holiday home is great for a couple or small family. Ideally located near the old part of town and also a small beach it has a large, safe outdoor area and a spacious lounge/living area. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for a weeks stay. Though old it has character and we couldn’t have asked for a better spot by the sea.

Allessandra was an amazing host - so generous with her time, her stuff in the house and just in general was the perfect host. I nearly forgot to mention that she arranged to have a parking spot saved for our arrival!!! That is service and thoughtfulness. We had the time of our lives there in the house and in Scilla. 10 out of 10 seems so cliche but in this case, it's not enough!!!Thank you Allessandra!!!!Ian and Kristin

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Das Haus, der Garten, die Lage und die Kommunikation mit Pierluigi waren ausgezeichnet. Einrichtung ist schon älter dafür sehr authentisch süditalienisch. Man kann hier kein Luxus erwarten. Lage ist ruhig und sehr privat. Der Garten war ein Traum. Und die Aussicht ist einmalig. Wir haben den Aufenthalt und die einzigartige Lage sehr genossen. Und das Meer ist sehr sehr sauber. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft allen die einen authentischen Urlaub im alten Haus suchen. Vielen Dank an Pierluigi und seine Schwester. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

The villa is right on the water with a beautiful view. It is close to all the restaurants and walk-able to the Marina and main beach. Pierluigi was a great host and provided us a lot of useful information for dining and activities. We enjoyed our stay and will be coming back!
