Welcome pack. Laundry service available. Large enclosed garden with patio, garden furniture and BBQ. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. Close to the South Downs National Park, this attractive cottage is ideal for couples wishing to stroll, cycle, fish, play golf or visit the numerous attractions within easy reach.
The Coop has close access to an extensive network of footpaths, leading to the unspoilt part of the low weald, a haven for birds and wildlife. The quaint village of Petworth is 5 miles away, with its plentiful antique shops, beautiful stately home and Capability Brown designed gardens and parkland, where many functions and events can be enjoyed during the summer months.
The charming small town of Midhurst, famous for polo at Cowdray Park is also a short drive, as are Billingshurst, Haslemere and Guildford. Goodwood, with its motor racing and horse racing, Fontwell races, West Dean Gardens, Parham House, The Weald, Downland Open Air Museum and the South Downs are all within easy driving distance, as is the cathedral city of Chichester with its extensive shopping and tea rooms, festival theatre and harbour tours.
Alternatively, the town of Arundel with its famous castle and cathedral, plus the Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust are both well worth a visit. The Witterings and other beaches are a half-hour’s drive and numerous golf courses are within easy reach. There is a shop, pub and restaurant within ¼ mile from the property.
