Beautiful character cottage - comfortable and homely, set in a quiet location in the village.
Beautiful character cottage - comfortable and homely, set in a quiet location in the village. Parking is tight for one car but local car park close by (5 min stroll) cheap at £3:00 per day. The cottage is spacious and the added office & utility room were a bonus as was the shed for all the dogs bits & bobs. Would highly recommend.
We had a great stay at Cam Cottage. Loved it and well equipped apart from a lack of things like dishwasher tabs and washing up liquid. I would question why we were asked to check in after 5 and leave by 9am. We arrived in the village at 1.30 so came for a look and could see that the cottage was all ready for our arrival and no one else came to service anything after that point. And leaving by 9am on a sunday morning doesnt leave you many options for what to do next!. That aside we had a gteat time at the cottage and would go back.

Nice enough
To be honest I felt this was pricey for what it was. There seemed to be no hot water in the mornings so I had to fill the bath with the impossibly positioned shower by trying the shower head to the Tao with shoe laces and the bottom oven didn’t work ... those things are not the end of the world but at well over £100 a night I did feel a bit peeved. However nice location and a cute place ...
The location is fantastic! The house nicer even then the photos. Beds were ok and bedding is very nice. We loved staying here and would be happy to stay again.
