PONTOON INCLUDED - RELAXING FAMILY CABIN ON THE WATERS EDGE OF LAKE O'BRIEN

Bring your friends and family to beautiful Lake O'Brien in Crosslake, MN., located just 2 hours north of the Twin Cities. With all the amenities of home, this cabin has all you need to enjoy your northwoods getaway! The cabin is situated just steps from the water's edge. There are two bedrooms on the main level and a third bedroom in the lower level with a queen bed and a set of bunk beds. There is one full bathroom on the main level with washer/dryer for easy access. HDTV smart TV 's on both levels and free wifi are also included. The kitchen has brand new appliances. All three bedrooms have also been recently remodeled. The cabin is perfect for up to 6 guests. We suggest a limit of 6 due to the size of the cabin and single bathroom.

The cabin is located 5 miles East of Crosslake, which has a variety of restaurants, bars, and shops to please the entire family. The lake is perfect for all types of recreational water activities or just relaxing on the dock and soaking up the sun. Bring your own boat and launch it at the new boat launch, which has parking located nearby. Take advantage of all the lake has to offer in the Winter months as well. Enjoy ice fishing on the lake or snowmobiling on the freshly groomed trails around the area. No matter the season or reason for your getaway, this cabin has everything you need to make lasting memories with friends and family!

We do keep our calendar up to date, so if you are seeing availability, then it is likely available. Please feel free to inquire with any questions you may have and we will promptly reply.

Weekly rentals are Friday to Friday. Check in is at 4:00 PM and check out is at 10:00 AM

We had a great time. Pontoon cruising the lake was great. Option to ski/tube is possible even though reading about the lake said not great for it. Super peaceful. Space was great. All enjoyed the rest and relaxing outdoors. View of the moon from the deck was great!

Week at a Cabin

It was a wonderful stay! The cabin had most of everything we needed! The kids had a blast on the pontoon and had great fishing and swimming! The weather was beautiful!

Perfect cabin spot!

We had a great long weekend at this cabin. The pontoon was a fabulous bonus, and I would stay here just for that again! We had 5 adults and 1 kid and it was a great space for us. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. 15 minutes from crosslake, which is nice if you need something, or to play mini golf or get icecream!Check in was easy and cleanup instructions were easy to follow.Thanks for the stay and we hope to return!!

Great stay on O'Brien Lake. The kids and dogs enjoyed swimming and snorkeling in the clear water, and playing on the Lilly Pad right at the dock. Caught a couple nice fish on the lake. Great stay!

Family vacation

We had a wonderful week at your cabin. We had beautiful weather so we enjoyed taking the pontoon out on the lake, floating in the water, going for walks and sitting on the deck looking at the lake. We will definitely be coming back!

Perfect Memorial Day weekend

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday stay on Lake O’Brien. Weather was amazing, and the pontoon boat availability was a huge bonus. Our son loved the paddleboard and we capped off each evening with a great campfire. Thank you Chris and Steve!

Our family had a wonderful time at Chris’ cabin! Our young girls loved going for rides in the pontoon, and the small sandy area by the dock was a big favorite for our girls to splash in the shallow water. There was plenty of space and gorgeous views of the lake from the windows.One thing to mention: if you have kids five and under, the bannister for the stairs to the lower level has posts that are set very far apart. A young child can definitely fit through and take a very dangerous tumble.

Great cabin

The cabin was clean and fit our families needs. We had a blast on the pontoon and Chris was very responsive with any questions we had. The lake was a bit weedier than we would have liked so we swam off the pontoon.

Cabin on Lake O'Brien

Detailed communications up front made check in easy and we knew what amenities to expect at the cabin. The AC worked great as it was hot and humid while at the cabin. Plenty of room for 6 of us. Fishing off the dock was fun. Plenty of pan fish to catch. Around sunset we caught several bass and one large walleye. The pontoon was nice to cruise around the lake. There is a sandbar that had groups of people swimming. The lake was perfect for our paddle boards Crosslake is a short drive and had plenty of options for restaurants. There is a grocery store and bait shop that were convenient. It was a great time!

Memorial Day Family Weekend

We loved our stay on Lake O'Brien! The views were amazing, the house was fully stocked, and we appreciated the boat use! Chris was very responsive and friendly. The kids loved the built in bunk beds and everyone was comfortable. My only recommendation would be providing a baby gate for use and shortening the width on the stair railings. Our golden retriever and three year old were able to fit through the gaps so it made it nerve wracking for our one year old. Even still, we rate it a 5 stars!
