This area is a hidden gem of France where Parisiennes like to come to enjoy their holiday. You can cycle to the local boulangerie and get your bread and croissants and enjoy your breakfast on the terrace overlooking the pool and garden.
You can walk to the local market in Lanton on a Sunday or visit the large market in Andernos-les-Bains where you also can find all local fishmongers selling the freshly caught fish and oysters from the Atlantic.

Your holiday villa is nestled in a small village at Arcachon Bay close to Andernos-les-Bains. The next local beach at Cassy is a 5 minute drive away. There you can find a playground for the children and a long and quiet beach from where you can observe the tide coming in and going out. There is a very simple but tasty ice cream stand/window on the side of the fish restaurant. A boule de glace vanille makes the way home much sweeter.

A 9-holes golf course is located next to the villa grounds which only a 2 minute walking distance away. This idyllic location in South West France is well known for the Pila Dune and Cap Ferret, where local beaches and fresh seafood provide an ideal location for a luxury villa holiday in South West France.

Now back to your holiday villa, which is perfectly set up for a couple or a small family. The garden and villa are both securely fenced off. The property is designed on one floor without steps which makes it perfect for small children.

There are three double bedrooms. The master suite has an ensuite bathroom with infrared sauna. The other two bedrooms share one bathroom with double shower and double sinks.

From the lounge and kitchen are integrated into one space but fairly big. The kitchen include an American fridge, an induction hob and granite surfaces. The kitchen opens to the covered terrace which is south facing and you will find a n outdoor sink, fridge and BBQ which invites to alfresco dining.

There is a laundry room which also functions as a storage/second kitchen area as it has plenty of cupboards and space as well as another fridge.

The heated pool is 8m by 4m and invites to the daily swim. We have sun loungers with sunbeds and we provide pool towels and bathrobes.

All linen and towels are provided including pool towels. We also can provide a changing table for babies, potty training equipment and feeding utensils for babies and small children. Please request upon booking.
