Holiday home by the beach in Yngsjö

This nice summerhouse is located in Yngsjö, about 500 meters from the beautiful white sand beach. The beach is considered one of Skåne's most wonderful coastal areas. Includes living room and well-equipped kitchen. Bathroom wirh shower and washing machine (renovated 2018). Two bedrooms with totally four beds. A baby bed is also available if needed. Large natural plot with total privacy. Bike and hiking trails nearby. Golf course within a 2 mile distance. This is a wonderful house and place to stay in all year around.

No smoking or animals allowed.

We had a wonderful stay. Maria was very kind. The house was clean and beautiful. We enjoyed the whole stay. It was a nice walk to the beach and the area very peaceful. We would love to come back.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt in Yngsjö

Wir haben 2 Wochen im Juli in dem wirklich tollen Haus von Maria und Fredrik verbracht. Das Haus gefiel uns noch besser als die Bilder haben vermuten lassen. Das Haus ist wunderbar ruhig im Wald gelegen, die Nachbarhäuser sind fast nicht zu sehen. Zum Strand (toller Sandstrand, an dem oft kaum was los war) haben wir zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten gebraucht. Von dem Haus aus haben wir schöne Ausflüge nach Kristianstad, Malmö und Ystad unternommen. Auch Åhus selbst ist einen Besuch wert. Toll war das BeachHandball Festival, das während unseres Urlaubs stattgefunden hat. Auch Fahrradfahren, Wandern und Kanufahren ist in der Gegend super möglich. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Das große Plus dieser Unterkunft ist die Lage, denn man ist ca. 400 vom Strand entfernz und dennoch mitten im Kiefernwald . Die nächsten Nachbarn sind in ausreichender Entfernung und es ist wunderbar indylisch. Das Haus sieht real schicker aus als auf den Fotos und alles war sehr sauber und ausreichend ausgestattet. Die Küche ist etwas nostalgisch aber es hat soweit alles funktioniert und es hat an ( fast --> Gechirrspülmaschine) nichts gefehlt. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt denn wir durchaus wiederholen könnten.

Tolles Haus in entspannter Umgebung

Das Haus ist sehr schön und toll gepflegt. Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche dort verbracht und auch den nahe gelegenen Strand genossen. Die Kommunikation lief schnell, verlässlich und freundlich.

Idyllisches Häuschen im Wald sehr nahe am Strand.

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer Ferienhaussiedlung, aber schön abgelegen, von anderen bekommen mankaum etwas mit. Im Haus ist es sehr gemütlich und die Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein (Grill und Sonneliegen sind vorhanden). Im Wintergarten/ Anbau habe wir bei kühlerem Wetter zu Abend gegessen., da dort der Sonnenuntergang zu beobachten war. In den Betten könnten wir ab der ersten Nacht entsprang schlafen. W-LAN und Fernsehen auch in deutsch sind vorhanden. Das ein Geschirrspüller fehlte, hat nicht gestört. Bad mit Waschmaschine ist in einem top Zustand. Zum Strand sind es zu Fuß höchstens 10 Minuten. Der Sandstrand ist toll und als wir dort waren (Juli 2019) kaum Leute anzutreffen. Trotzdem ein paar Kinder zum gemeinsamen Spielen. Die Lage ist auch für Ausflüge gut gelegen. Zum nächsten Ort Åhus sind es 10 min mit dem Auto. Dort kann das Nötigste gekauft werden. Außerdem hat Åhus einen ansehnlichen Hafen mit Möglichkeiten zum Essen. Maria ist eine sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Vermieterin. Leider waren wir mit dem Buchen spät dran und konnten nur eine Woche bleiben. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
