Master bedroom has its own bathroom,beautiful king size bed and walk-in closet.
Other two bedrooms have queen size beds,and their own closet as well.
Spacious kitchen with beautiful table that accommodates 6 people
Wood floors that matches perfectly with this ranch style house.
Step outside to enjoy a cup of coffee while seating on the back patio,
And enjoy the beautiful view to the mountains,
The house its got a fenced back yard, for your pets so they will be safe to.
If is to hot outside,don't worry come inside and enjoy the a/c
There's plenty of things to do near by like
The dead horse ranch only 5minutes away. As well as the amazing old town cottonwood only 5minutes away. We got the Out of Africa Zoo,amazing only 6.7milles
Of course Sedona only 20 minute drive.
You will not regret to stay at this nice and warm house

On the outside the house doesn't look like much but inside was very homey feeling and nicely updated. No complaints on the master bed or by anyone else in my group on the beds.

The house was immaculate. It was beautifully decorated and had everything you could need. it was by far one of the cleanest vrbo’s we have stayed at. I loved the fenced yard for my dog. i plan on booking it again when my sister and i do a girls trip with my 92 year old mother. You won’t be disappointed.

i was sooooo glad we chose this property vs a local hotel. very nice home with plenty of space for an entire family and more than enought for my wife and I. everything necessary was provided. Just add my wife and I and some food and we couldn't have been happier. Host Rodrigo gave quick responses and great to work with.......highly recommend :-)

Cottonwood Getaway

Perfect place to stay if you have a dog. Nice, fenced backyard. The house was extremely clean and there was plenty of room. When we come back to Cottonwood, we will be staying here again.

Wonderful location

Big house with fenced yard for dogs. Clean. The house is located between Sedona and Jerome. Both great towns to visit. The hiking/4-wheeling is very close also. Plus there's a grocery store blocks away.
