Casa de Stalla is a beautiful Istrian stone house with a small, charming garden and a pool.

It is situated in the village of Fuskulin, just 7 km from Porec and the sea.

The house is tastefully furnished, modern but yet traditional with a special attention to details. A covered terrace with BBQ is perfect for relaxed meals on the terrace.

It consists of an open plan kitchen-living-dining area and a small bathroom with a shower upstairs and two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with a shower downstairs.

The small garden and the pool are perfect for enjoying sunny afternoons.

The water park Aquacolors is cca 5 km away and Zelena Laguna with nice beaches cca 7 km from the house.

Très belle maison, décoré avec goût, conforme aux photos, il manque juste un lexique pour le chauffe-eau, (un petit bouton à pousser avant la douche) l'utilisation de la tv ou la radio, dommage.Le bémol c'est la proximité des voisins, dans cette ruelle cela résonne très fort.Si je fais abstraction des voisins bruyants, j’ai vraiment apprécié cette maison, dans toutes les pièces il y a une climatisation, fort agréable.La piscine petite mais assez profonde, l’épuisette pour le nettoyage n’est pas assez fine pour vraiment tout nettoyer donc des insectes à la surface et beaucoup de feuille dû à la végétation présente sur le mur.

Nous prenons bonne note de vos remarques concernant le chauffe-eau, la télévision et la radio : nous allons préparer un petit guide pour faciliter leur utilisation. Pour la piscine, nous allons également remplacer l’épuisette par un modèle plus adapté afin d’améliorer le nettoyage. Concernant le voisinage, nous comprenons que cela ait pu vous gêner et nous en sommes désolés, même si ce point ne dépend pas directement de nous.
