The comfortable and cozy furnishings include a living room with an open-hearth fireplace and a flat-screen TV, as well as a hi-fi system. There is an exit leading to a loggia from the living room. The apartment features one double bedroom and another room with a French bed (1 x 140 cm).

The apartment is equipped with a kitchen that has four hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, along with a dining table. There is also an exit leading to the loggia from the kitchen.
