The house has a large garden with summer pool, sun terrace and barbecue.
It is located in front of a magnificent centennial fresneda in Cabañas de Polendos, so it enjoys great views from all rooms.
From there you can make multiple hiking or cycling routes.
The house has a fireplace in the living room and TV with USB. The kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, juicer and all the utensils you will need to feel comfortable.
It also has a cellar with ample space, a play area and direct access to the pool area.
