Wonderful villa and property

This villa is just perfect! It was very well equipped. We appreciated that every bedroom had its own bathroom and lots of space for clothes, suitcases etc. We also loved the kitchen with the American fridge and freezer (for ice-cream!), toaster, coffee machine and plenty of glasses, cups and crockery. We also used the laundry room with a washer machine and tumbler a lot during the two weeks stay. But most of all we loved the pool and the outdoor area . The pool was big enough to actually take a swim (I guess the size was ca. 5 x 10 meters). It also had an air matress which we simpy adored. We spent the days on the sun beds or under the parasolls, and the evenings in the outdoor sofa or by the dining table by the outdoor kitchen with an electric grill. We enjoyed table tennis, dart and baby foot matches, all there for us. We couldn't have had more welcoming and helpful hosts. The communication both before and during the stay was very smooth, and Sam and Maria made our stay perfect. The neighbourhood was very calm and quiet with trees surrounding the property, and therefore also no view to the sea. You should take into account that you have to have a car or take a taxi to go shopping and dinner, but Antibes, Nice and Cannes is just a short drive away. Thanks for two splendid weeks, Sam and Maria!

One of the best Villa's you will find in Antibes 5*

This villa offers everything one would want as well as a fantastic outdoor entertainment space. We really could not fault anything. Sam and Maria helped make our stay one to remember and could not do enough to ensure we had an incredible time. You will not be disappointed with this 5 star villa and we can not wait until next time to stay. merci beaucoup Sam & Maria

Grande Villa au calme dans un cadre verdoyant

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette villa très fonctionnelle, confortable, au calme dans un cadre verdoyant. Nos adolescents ont particulièrement apprécié la piscine et les jeux extérieurs mis à leur disposition. Le pool house a été très utile pour nous abriter du soleil au moment du déjeuner et profiter du cadre. Un grand merci au propriétaire pour leur accueil.

Perfect place for a relaxing vacation with family or friends.

We had a fantastic stay at the house. Everything was as expected or better. Everything was very tidy and clean. We can recommend this house to everyone who wants a relaxing vacation in a calm place. You need a car since everything is in driving distance. The host is very service minded and keen on having satisfied customers.

Very lovely hosuse and super hosts👌

really nice and well-functioning house. Well-equipped kitchen, so easy to cook for many. Nice outdoor kitchen. Really nice pool / sunbathing area with nice sunbeds. Sam and his wife are super hosts and very helpful. Both before and during the stay. . Would really recommend renting Sam's house.

Better value than Antibes hotel for family of 5; nice pool.

Sam and his wife were gracious hosts ... Merci! Pro's: + nice pool and deck area + better value than hotel for party of 5+ + Very nice hosts (stay on/near property in apt unit below patio) + only 10 min drive to downtown Antibes + parking included + good internet/wifi Other Considerations: - cleanliness and odor issues on lower level (likely a plumbing issue) - interior decor and linens very basic/minimalistic with some questionable accent pieces and older/corroded plumbing fixtures - clutter around outside of house - practically no view or than treed valley Overall, could be good value depending on your group size and budget, but if we visit area again we would likely opt to pay more for something a little nicer. Sam has done a nice job on his stone decking and pool area nonetheless.

Amazing property

We had a fabulous time in this property conveniently located on the hills of Antibes. We loved that every room had individual air conditioning and own bathroom/ shower. The house had a stunning view of nature and the sea from the balcony . The surrounding feel very relaxing.

Perfect place for our close family get together

Property is as described in the listing. Everything is very clean and well taken care of including the pool and the exterior facilities. Pool is on the larger side which was a lot of fun for the kids. The bedrooms are all spacious with nice bathrooms and the kitchen is well equipped. Overall the Villa was a perfect place for our group and we would go there again in a heart beat. The owner was very responsive from the day we booked until we left and always helpful.

Absolutely Stunning

The house was perfect for us. Sam, his wife, and his daughter were always available if we needed anything. We spent most of our time outside using the pool, electric grill, and outdoor dining space. Grocery store is about a 5-minute drive. Old Town Antibes is no more than 15 minutes away. Easy drive. This was the best vacation we have had in a long time, and one of the best places we have stayed at.

Super-Ferientraumhaus

Wir hatten als Familie 2 ausserordentlich erholsame und schöne Ferien in dieser Villa verbringen dürfen. Lage war einfach grossartig: sehr ruhig, schön gelegen und viel Privatsphäre. Die Villa hatte eine luxuriöse Ausstattung, es fehlt an nichts. Sam ist ein äusserst aufmerksamer und diskreter Gastgeber; die Kommunikation mit ihm war einfach und schnell, alles war bestens organisiert, auch die Übergabe des Hauses. Vielen Dank für die schönen Ferien, wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus, das keine Wünsche offen lässt

Gepflegtes Haus, geschmacklich sehr schön eingerichtete Zimmer und Bäder, reichlich gut bestückte Küchen, phantastische Pool-Anlage mit allem was dazu gehört. Sam ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter, immer gut zu erreichen.

Excellent séjour !

Nous étions un groupe de 6 trentenaires et nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La villa est effectivement située dans un environnement calme et relativement isolé permettant de profiter pleinement de la magnifique terrasse, de la piscine et du pool house, lequel comprenait tous les équipements nécessaires. De plus le centre ville d'Antibes est accessible facilement et rapidement que ce soit en Uber ou en voiture. La villa est spacieuse et parfaitement aménagée avec du matériel dernier cri. Le propriétaire a été très arrangeant et très sympathique. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Fantastisch huis!

De ontvangst door Sam en zijn vrouw was warm, er stonden bloemen en koekjes. Onderweg hadden we mechanische problemen en Sam deed direct enkele telefoontjes om ons probleem te helpen oplossen. We zagen onmiddellijk dat zij veel aandacht en moeite steken in het onderhoud van het huis: het terras en het zwembad waren smetteloos proper! Sam gaf uitleg over alle faciliteiten. Het zwembad is mooi en er is een buitendouche (warm water!) Er zijn twee lounges, genoeg parasols en 2 grote eettafels, de kleine buitenkeuken heeft 2 ijskasten, een plancha, een grill en zelfs een friteuse. Fantastisch! Binnen is er een gezellig salon, de keuken is goed uitgerust. Elke kamer een eigen badkamer en overal airco. De kastruimte is overvloedig. Wat ook opvalt is dat de kleerkasten volledig leeg zijn. Dit is niet ons eerste huis en vaak vind je sporen van de eigenaars wat niet altijd fijn is. Hier enkel ruime, lege kasten! Voldoende handdoeken, wasmachine, droogkast, strijkijzer,.. alles is voorzien. Het huis ligt op een privédomein en de omgeving is dus heel rustig. De supermarkt ligt op 5min met de auto. Het enige nadeel is dat je een auto nodig hebt. Er stopt wel een bus bovenaan de straat en aan de supermarkt stoppen nog andere bussen. In de buurt enkele interessante musea (oa fondation hartung bergmann) Dit huis is een aanrader!! Bedankt voor de fijne ontvangst!

Schöne Villa an ruhiger Lage

Sehr netter Vermieter. Schönes Haus mit grossem Pool. Ruhige Lage und absolute Privatspäre. Alles ist sehr gut und modern ausgestattet. Wir waren 14 Tage dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Meersicht hat man nur vom oberen Balkon aus. Ein Auto ist erforderlich. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen und würden wieder kommen.
