The living area offers plush seating, an HD flat-screen TV, and a queen sleeper sofa. Step outside onto the shared balcony off the kitchen, dining, and living spaces to enjoy fresh sea breezes and elevated Gulf views.

The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream, featuring high-end stainless steel appliances, a gas range, double ovens, and two dishwashers—because vacations shouldn’t include dish duty. Also on this level is a bunk room with four twin beds, a private bathroom with shower/tub combo, and shared balcony access.



Fourth Floor: Media Room & Master Retreat: The top floor is all about relaxation and entertainment. Enjoy movie nights and friendly competition in the media room, complete with an HD flat-screen TV, wet bar with mini fridge, and foosball table.



Down the hall, a Queen Suite offers comfortable accommodations, with a shared full bath located just off the media room. The crown jewel of this level is the Master King Suite, featuring a spacious private bathroom and access to a large shared balcony—widely considered the best view in the house.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

* This home rents only Saturday to Saturday during Spring Break and Summer months.

* College/Student groups are NOT allowed. All renters must be 25 and older with the exception of children and families.



WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT THE AMENITIES:

Beach Towels: You will be provided with 12 luxurious, oversized beach towels during your stay with Beach Reunion at Iorana.

BEACH CHAIRS: May be rented across from Holiday Road via LDV Beach Service.

Electric Street-Legal Golf Cart Rentals: Beach Reunion offers 6 seat lithium battery Golf Carts for $100 a day. We offer a 10% discount to our guests. We have 2024 models and charging stations at the houses. Book your golf cart at BRLSV.com

Pool Heat: From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool can be heated for an additional $75/day or $525/week. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay.

VayKLife (Beach Equipment): You will receive up to $245 credit (based on length of stay) toward complimentary beach gear when you book this Beach Reunion home! Browse and select available gear to include paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, umbrellas and beach lounge chairs. All gear will be delivered upon arrival and picked up upon departure. Maximize your vacation time by setting up your rental equipment needs before you even leave the house!

Margarita Machines: Beach Reunion proudly partners with Firefighter Margaritas to offer commercial frozen margarita machines for rent (additional fee). Enjoy restaurant-quality frozen drinks or virgin slushies poolside or at the beach—perfect for family vacations, weddings, retreats, and group gatherings.

Amenities: Each home will include a starter supply of the following amenities: Bathrooms: Massage Body Bar, Body Lotion, Shampoo, Conditioner, and Hand/Body Bar. Kitchen: Dish Sponge, Dishwasher Tablets, Liquid Dish Soap, and Laundry Tablets.

*Once this supply is used, you are responsible for providing your own items.

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire property, including all six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, the kitchen, dining room, living room, and game room. Outside, you'll find a private pool and outdoor seating. The house is equipped with a washer, dryer, and BBQ grill for your convenience. Check-in is a breeze with keyless entry, starting at 3 PM. Early entry is not permitted unless previously approved by a team member.

Other Things to Note:

Beach Reunion provides a starter set of welcome supplies for our guests. This will include a trash bag per trash can, 1 roll of paper towels, 1-2 rolls of toilet tissue for bathrooms, travel sized dish soap, dishwasher tablets. Once these items have been used, it is the guests responsibility to replenish what they will need for the remainder of their stay.



*Please note that items such as spices, cooking oils/sprays, storage containers, bags, foil, coffee, coffee filters etc are not provided by Beach Reunion. These items must be purchased for your stay at the home.*



Interaction with Guests:

Our office is open 7 days a week with daily hours of 9am to 5pm central. We encourage guests to text/call our office staff or send a direct email to best assist. We do ask that any issues maintenance/housekeeping issues are brought to our attention no later than 24 hours after check-in to allow us the opportunity to rectify the situation. *Please note refrigerators can take up to 24 hours to cool back down once loaded with groceries. Please allow time before calling the office. The after hours emergency number is meant only for true emergencies, whole house power outages, catastrophic leaks, fire etc. Pool issues are not considered an emergency.
