The apartment in a very elegant and elegant building is located in a quiet and peaceful area with direct access to the ski slopes. From the 2 large terraces and from all the rooms it is possible to admire the Dolomites, especially from the double bed. The apartment has been largely renovated in November 2018, and offers all the comforts for a pleasant mountain holiday. The kitchen is equipped with the latest appliances including a dishwasher and a large fridge. At 50m the supermarket is available, and at about 100m 2 excellent restaurants, bars and shops.

Superb location (close to ski track, supermarket). Apartments are very spacious and well equipped. Paolo is very friendly host and has shared really helpful tips. Perfect holidays for family! Definitely recommended!

Paolo is a very friendly,welcoming and helpful host, responsive to any questions, the location was great for access to the slopes and if it wasnt for the skiing I could have easily chilled out on the balcony taking in the beautiful views, would happily stay again.

L'host è stato gentile e disponibile, la casa era in ordine ma il quinto letto non era disponibile perché rotto dai precedenti ospiti e abbiamo utilizzato il divano letto in soggiorno, stoviglie buoni e abbondante, elettrodomestici funzionanti. Ottimo il parcheggio esterno il vano al chiuso per gli sci. Ottimo l'accesso alle piste da dietro casa a piedi.

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut zum Skifahren. In der Nähe befinden sich Restaurants und Bars. Die Beschreibung der Wohnung mit 3Schlafzimmern ist leider nicht zutreffend.Es sind nur 2Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnzimmer mit Doppelcouch.Desweiteren gibt es keine Kaffeemaschine sondern nur eine Bialetti zum Espressokochen.

Appartamento perfetto

Abbiamo soggiornato in 6 amici ad inizio gennaio. L'appartamento si trova sulle piste da sci (dietro casa passa la pista 54 con la quale si raggiunge in 2 minuti le cabinovie grostè e fortini e permette il rientro in appartamento direttamente con gli sci ai piedi). L'appartamento è molto carino, con una sala ampia e due balconi con vista sul grostè. Paolo, il proprietario, è molto disponibile ed ha risposto ad ogni nostra domanda. Insomma, tutto ottimo.

A Great Apartment

Paolo is an excellent host, greeting us on arrival and providing a friendly and comprehensive brief. The apartment is well appointed, spacious, warm and comfortable. All the appliances and facilities were in good order and we needed nothing more. Parking is outside the front door and access to the nearest piste is only a few minutes walk away. The store for skis and boots is conveniently located by the entrance and the apartment block lift is welcome at the end of a busy day! There is a small co-op shop 100m away and cafe/bar within a 5 minutes walk. We enjoyed our time Skiing in and around Campiglio which was made even better by staying in this apartment. Thank you Paolo.

Appartamento bello, direi ideale per 4. Ristrutturato a nuovo (ad esclusione dei bagni comunque belli e puliti), vista strepitosa in particolare dalla camera da letto matrimoniale. Proprietario molto gentile ci ha dato moltissimi ottimi suggerimenti. Non sciatori ma amanti del trekking abbiamo potuto fare splendide passeggiate anche grazie all’ottima posizione della casa.

Nice flat in quiet surrounding

Everything was nice and comfortable. The communication with the landlord was uncomplicated and he answered directly when we had questions. The surrounding is really nice and you can start hiking tours right from the appartement. I can recommend the appartement!
