Beautiful Farmhouse in Tuscany

This house is a gem. If you are planning a visit to the Tuscan countryside and this apartment is available, book it. The house is set among acres of grape vines and olive trees. It is very nicely appointed with plenty of private outdoor space. The raised patio is shared space but affords magnificent views of the surrounding countryside. We didn’t go in the pool but lounged by it one afternoon. It was sparkling clean. Our host, Giulia, met us upon our arrival and gave us a brief history of the property and answered our questions about where to buy groceries, local restaurants, etc. She left us to get settled but returned a few minutes later with two bottles of olive oil produced from trees on the property. She lives on the property so she was readily available had we needed anything. Giulia was available but gave us our privacy. Perfect. We’ve stayed in other properties that have not quite lived up to their descriptions. This property far exceeded its description. Just awesome.

Un coin de paradis, à recommander !

Malgré un séjour bien trop court nous avons passé une superbe semaine à la Podere Casellina ! Un accueil très chaleureux et à l'écoute de nos moindres besoins. Un dépaysement total dans ce coin isolé de tout, en pleine nature, mais pourtant pas du tout loin de la civilisation.
