Near Barcelona, ​​framed in a privileged enclave, our rural house offers families or groups of friends independent accommodations to enjoy a relaxing stay, in an incomparable setting and away from the stress of the city. Enjoy a quiet environment, the song of the birds or the noise of the wind between the trees, while contemplating, to the north, the views over the Monseny mountain range.



Can Sant Joan is a private property of more than 20,000 m2 on the slope of the mountain, covered with lots of pines, oaks, holm oaks, with native plants and flowers, located inside the park "Serralada Litoral" between the Valles and the Maresme.



Can San Joan although it is in the middle of nature, is very well connected, since it is 2 km from the access to the C-60 motorway that connects with the A7 motorway and the C-32. It also has rail access in Granollers (8 km) and in Mataró (12km).



Inside the farm there are two independent houses, with a separation between them of about 100m. The two houses are at the end of a private road and at a distance of 400m from the road linking Mataró and La Roca del Valles, a road that is very little traveled and used by many cyclists.



The farm is fully fenced, each of the two houses has its own parking space and its own covered area for barbecue, both have wifi connection and are adapted for the disabled.
