About this property

Traditional House in Historical Center of Faro

This is a totally brand new Charming 1 bedroom traditional townhouse in the heart of the city of Faro, conveniently located in walking distance to: bus, train, ferry, small restaurants, shops, marina, etc (was just finished in the end of July 2018).

Old restored furniture that belong to the house for many many years is mixed with new comfortable one, giving a special charm to the place.

The property is all on the ground floor, where you can find a cozy living-room with Netflix Smart TV, a dining-room, nice fully equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom with air-conditioning, 1 full bathroom and a small backyard with an outdoor shower (amazing for the hot days and after beach time :-)

It s ideal for 2 persons, but accommodates up to 3 persons (there is a sofa in the living-room - it does not convert into a bed, is only a comfortable sofa).

Bedding, bath towels, sun umbrella, beach towels, hairdryer, air-conditioning (in the bedroom), etc., are also available in the house.

The kitchen includes fridge / freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc.

In the inner patio you will also find a washing machine.

The house was restored trying to keep as many original features as possible so be prepared to have the experience of staying in a real traditional townhouse in the old town of Faro.

All ground floor areas are for exclusive use of the guests.

Having a traditional house in the old town of Faro has been a dream and now the opportunity came!

Traveling is one of my biggest passions and being able to share this space with travelers from all over the world will be a pleasure.

I will be waiting for guests on their arrival day to welcome and will meet again on departure day. During the remaining time I will be available by Facebook, phone, Whatsapp and Skype.

- A baby-cot can be supplied with an additional cost of 30.00-Euros.
- Heating is OPTIONAL and will have a cost of 0.21-Euros per KW consumed.
