3 minutes from the most beautiful beaches on the island, and less than 1 km from the village center, in a luxury residential development, recent villa, nicely decorated, 150 m2 on 700 m2 of enclosed private garden. Ideal for stays with families or friends.
Everything is thought to make life easier and pleasant in this very well maintained house.
Very functional and pleasant, and well ventilated, composed of 3 air-conditioned bedrooms: 1 large bedroom 160 bed with large adjoining bathroom equipped with a shower and a toilet, 1 bedroom
 double 140+ desk, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds + desk; 1 bathroom with shower and wc. A very well equipped kitchen and utility room, a living room with flat screen TV and a large L-shaped terrace.
Bright and very well equipped kitchen opening onto a bar on the terrace. Back kitchen with work surface, 4 gas and washing machine.

Amazing property in paradise

We so enjoyed our time and is comfortable, tropical property. Plenty of sun to enjoy the pool and your beach, are you cool to sleep in addition bedrooms. The easy walk to Saint Anne in the morning for croissants and baguettes Was a great start to the day. Important to use Google maps to navigate around the island and find a property is Apple map really does not work

Perfectly locates

We very much enjoyed our stay. The location was awesome. Near beautiful village of Ste-Anne, amazing beaches (Anse Meunier, Salines). However we recommend that the address be given in advance, we had difficulty finding the place with the information that was given to us. The space was perfect for 5. The pictures are accurate. The kitchen could need attention so that cooking is friendlier for longer stay. We had a wounderful stay.

Nous avons séjourné dans cette villa du 13 au 23 février 2025 La villa est superbe,tout y est …avant de réserver j ai regardé les avis ,un m a particulièrement interpelé,celui de la personne précisant que la villa était près d un centre de personnes en situation de handicap et que le bruit l avait quelque peu dérangé …ayant un enfant de 15 ans handicapé ça m a un peu choqué enfin bref vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés c moins bruyant que certains voisins dit « normaux »

Un séjour agréable, mais des améliorations nécessaires

Nous avons passé un séjour de 10 jours dans cette maison, située à une quinzaine de minutes à pied d’un très joli village, ce qui était vraiment pratique et agréable. L’emplacement est un point fort de cette location. Concernant la maison, elle est fonctionnelle et agréable mais reste assez basique. La cuisine, en particulier, pour les longs séjours n’était pas très pratique et manquait d’équipement. Nous avons également regretté l’absence de certains essentiels comme du savon pour le lave-vaisselle et des sacs poubelles.Un petit inconvénient à signaler : le voisinage peut être bruyant, notamment dès tôt le matin et jusqu’en fin d’après-midi, en raison de l'activité d’un centre pour personnes handicapées à côté. On s'y habitue...Les chambres disposaient de lits confortables, mais un changement de literie et de serviettes aurait été apprécié pour un séjour aussi long. Avec le taux d’humidité élevé, il est difficile de laver et sécher le linge en une seule journée.La terrasse et la piscine étaient un point fort et ont contribué à rendre le séjour agréable. Par ailleurs, l’hôtesse a été très réactive, ce qui a facilité notre expérience.

Un séjour magnifique à la Villa Madinina

Nous avons passé 4 nuits à la Villa et nous avons adoré. Très bien située, très propre et fonctionnelle. La piscine était parfaite. Super communication rapide avec la propriétaire. Ce fut trop court! Nous y reviendrons assurément!

Séjour parfait !

La maison est joliment décorée, bien entretenue et surtout très agréable. On s'y sent bien. Le beau jardin fleuri, ainsi que la piscine sans vis à vis nous a séduit. Merci à Caroline pour ses précieuses adresses. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Vacances en famille

Nos vacances se sont très bien déroulée dans ce logement. Petit point négatif sur le voisinage, car beaucoup de bruit très tôt, le matin jusqu’en fin d’après-midi à cause d’un centre pour handicapés. La maison correspondait à nos attentes plus coup de cœur pour la piscine qui est très agréable en ces fortes chaleurs. Arrivée et départ facile.

Séjour Martinique Villa MADININA sainte Anne

Nous avons passé un bon séjour Maison fonctionnelle pour 2 couples Très joli jardin avec piscine bien aménagé pour vivre en extérieur La maison aurait besoin d’un peu de rafraîchissement ainsi que les ustensiles de cuisine .la télé ne fonctionne pas Le gros problème est la gestion de réception Nous avons attendu plus d’une heure avant l’arrivée de l’intendante Evelyne injoignable Lorsque nous arrivons enfin à la joindre , elle nous informe que le portail est ouvert et les clés dans les coussins extérieurs Ia télé ne fonctionne pas (c’est normal ) c’est le vent Pas du tout réactive à notre demande sur du linge manquant À la fin du séjour, elle nous demande si nous avons fait les carreaux ? Nous lui avons toutefois à contre cœur remis les 100 € demandés Dommage à part ceci très bon séjour dans un très joli cadre

Très beau séjour à la Villa Madinina

La maison est très agréable, fonctionnelle, propre et joliment décorée. L'accueil fait par Evelyne est attentionné. Il est préférable d'avoir une voiture pour aller dans le bourg de Saint Anne et visiter l'île.

Place à l'amélioration

Belle villa, située à proximité des plages du Sud de la Martinique. Cafouillage à l'arrivée avec attente de 50 minutes avant d'avoir accès aux clefs. Propreté de la piscine laisse à désirer et pourrait être améliorée. Problème de télécommunication après 3 jours, non réglé une semaine plus tard.

La propriété correspond à la description. Le séjour fut agréable et si l'occasion le permet nous y retournerons. Le seul point négatif serait que la maison est attenante à un établissement hospitalier dont les patients peuvent se révéler parfois bruyant. Plus anecdoctique est qu'il serait bien d'avoir un éguipement hi-fi plus récent.
