This cottage has everything you imagine for the lake holiday you've been longing for. The waterfront area features all day sun with southern exposure, a walk out to the floating dock, a lakeside deck at the water's edge, and easy access for launching the peddle boat, kayak, two canoes (one is a Kevlar) or stand up paddle boards. Your boat may be docked on site with good proximity to the lake's boat launch. If fishing is your game, Gooderham Lake is plentiful with Small and Large-Mouth Bass, Perch, Pickerel, and Rainbow Trout. Swimming is excellent off the dock with good depth and clean, clear water.

Nestled in a pine/birch canopy and overlooking the waterfront is an authentic 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom log cottage with a vaulted ceiling great room and a large open kitchen. Its warm, glowing interior includes an updated propane fireplace, mid-century furnishings and classic cottage decor combine to create a home that is the perfect setting for large families or groups of friends. The sleeping quarters & bathroom, both renovated in early 2021, are bright and modern with a beach house vibe. The open concept updated kitchen with breakfast bar is a great place for gathering but you will likely BBQ on the propane grill, located on the new cottage deck overlooking the lake, and take meals on the magical screen porch which perfectly frames pink sunsets over the lake.

Gooderham Lake boasts a serene 5 mile perimeter. Lined with birch, cedar, hemlock and pine, it is a nature lover's haven. Nearby trails lead to a hidden crown lake. Canoe and kayak the rushing Irondale River route or the many surrounding jewel lakes awaiting your discovery.

This property accommodates 5-6 adults and is equipped with a full kitchen, microwave, and dishwasher. A pet policy will be outlined upon request.

During the summer months, stays require a minimum stay of 7 nights and are booked from Sunday to Sunday.
