1.- The base price is for a maximum of 4 people. From the 5th person a supplement is charged per night for each person to reach a maximum of 8 people (including children).
2.- We have 3 rooms with 2 beds of 1. 20 x 1. 90 each and a sofa bed.
3.- "" THE USE OF THE ROOMS AND / OR BEDS WILL BE ACCORDED TO THE NUMBER OF PERSONS HIRED IN THE RESERVATION "".
For example If you are 2 people, only one room with 2 beds will be enabled for the 2 people and you will not have access to the other 2 remaining rooms. But if you have access to everything else in the apartment (living room, kitchen-office and 2 bathrooms)
And so for each extra person that is paid, rooms and / or beds will be enabled.
4.- From the 7th and 8th people the sofa bed is enabled.
5.-In case of not agreeing to our conditions we ask that you please cancel your reservation without expenses in the next 24 hours. If you do not cancel, we understand that our concisions of use and enjoyment of our apartment will be followed.
