spacious and convenient apartment

this is not a very modern apartment but still has everything you need (except for AC, Americans, but that's just how it is in Europe). the hosts were kind and let us drop our bags in early. there was plenty of space and the beds were comfy. would rent again!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans le logement qui est bien situé, très spacieux, et propre. La communication avec l hôte était parfaite ainsi que la coordination pour l organisation de nos transferts à l aéroport à l'arrivée et au départ. Dommage qu il n y ait pas eu d état des lieux d'entrée ni de sortie pour montrer tout ce qui n allait pas. Le linge de lit et bains propres et en quantité suffisante. Le logement était relativement propre à notre arrivée. Cependant, gros bémol sur l'état du logement...aucune fenêtre extérieure ne ferme ou ne s'ouvre correctement. L'une était même avec un "vitrage" cassé (une plaque de plexiglass qui devait déjà être du rafistolage) qui devait être changé pendant nôtre séjour mais rien n a été fait. De ce fait, les nuits sont très compliquées car l'impression de dormir fenêtres ouvertes avec un traffic routier important. Les poignées de portes intérieures arrachées, la cuisine est mal aménagée avec peu de vaisselle insuffisant par exemple niveau couverts pour le nombre de couchages. Le four ne fonctionne pas sur tous les modes. L'évier est digne d'une maison de poupée. Les salles de bains sont toutes aussi vétustes, les rideaux de douche sont moisis... le mobilier de chambre cassé, les prises électriques qui ne fonctionnent pas...les photos ne sont pas réalistes avec ce qui se trouve sur place actuellement. Nous sommes donc en demi-teinte au sujet du logement qui a besoin d un très grand coup de rénovation pour mériter un tel loyer

Appartement très mal isolé (bruit et chaleur), mal entretenu alors que les prestations d'origine devaient être de qualité.Sanitaires ne ferment pas car risque de rester enfermés, fuite aux jonctions de la douche, chaise cassée, tables abimées, vitre de porte fenêtre cassée, photos d'annonce pas fidèles(sauf pour les chambres) plan non conforme à l'appartement Apolonia 4E (manque petite pièce) mais on m'a dit que je n'avais pas réservé le bon l'appartement alors que le plan est toujours le même..., .portes abimées. Cuisine et Vaisselle literie ok.Pourrait être très agréable si un gros effort d'entretien, d'isolation et de reparation était faitMériterait une ristourne sur le prix

Lisbon in September

The manager got us in early on short notice. We were so greatful! It has a lovely view of the sunrise from the balcony and the ocean breeze was delightful. Very close to a great coffee shop and proximity to the train station cannot be beat. We would stay here again!!
