Positioned in the sort after Parador area and boasting walking distance to all the amenities, Villa Valeria is a newly built modern villa and the perfect choice for those not wanting to drive whilst on holiday and having the charming Andalucía resort of Nerja all within easy reach.
Built over two levels, the ground floor comprising of an modern open plan lounge with the kitchen, a twin bedroom and a shower room.
Upstairs are a further two bedrooms; one double with ensuite and a twin with a separate shower room. The lounge and all three bedrooms have air-conditioning and WiFi is readily available throughout the villa. Patio doors lead from the lounge to a covered terrace looking out to your own private swimming pool.
Villa Valeria is the perfect choice for beach lovers too, as Burriana beach is on your doorstep and only a 5 minute walk away.
