Cheap and comfortable apartment for 4 people on the ground floor of 40 sqm with terrace, enclosed garden. The apartment is located in a privileged tourist area only 300 m away from the beach. Leisure facilities nearby.

The accommodation has two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the second bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower, living room with sofa for two, dining table with chairs, satellite TV, kitchen with 4 burners, fridge with freezer, machine from coffee, internet access Free Wifi. The large terrace at the entrance with terrace furniture, fenced garden, parking near the house. The area is quiet with greenery around and the beach can be reached on foot in a few minutes.

The nearby beaches are varied to meet every need, sandy, rocky, pebbled, equipped just move a few meters to find the ideal beach.

The cemetery of Umag is reachable on foot in maximum 20 minutes, the grocery store is 500 m away, restaurant 200 m.

Ganz einfache Unterkunft

Wir sind als Familie mit Hund verreist und etwas ernüchtert worden. Obwohl die Bilder der Anzeige stimmen, ist die Qualität der Möblierung und Ausstattung keine 3 Sterne wert. Es fehlt an jeglichem Küchenzubehör und sogar einen Besen mussten wir kaufen, weil keiner vorhanden war. Der Besitzer hat zudem zwei große Hunde, die frei u ohne Aufsicht über das kleine Grundstück laufen und ihre Notdurft überall verrichten - mit kleinen Kindern nicht zu empfehlen. Der Kontakt zur Agentur war professionell und sehr freundlich und auch die Lage ist okay, wenn man die 750 m zum Strand in Kauf nimmt.

Einfach und funktional

Der Vermieter ist unglaublich hilfsbereit, danke nochmal an dieser Stelle für alles. Generell ist die Unterkunft etwas ungepflegt, viel geflickt, die Matratze ziemlich durch und die Sauberkeit könnte etwas genauer sein. Alles in allem OK wenn man sich kaum dort aufhält. Landestypisch sehr einfach und etwas runter gelebt, am besten viel Koch Equipment mitnehmen😉.

Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Die Ausstattung entspricht der Beschreibung. Reparatur des Tiefkühlfaches und bessere Reinigung des Küchenbereichs wäre gut, ansonsten alles sauber. Tolle Terasse. In die Stadt Umag und zum Strand in je ca. 10 min zu Fuß. Strand mit feinem Sand und flachem Abgang-super für Kinder. Supermarkt in 5 min zu Fuß, etwas teurer als Kaufland (in 2,5 km), aber für das Nötigste ok. Danke für den Aufenthalt!

Es war alles da was man brauchte und die Umgebung war auch sehr fussläufig zu erkunden.... im Grunde ist aber alles reine Geschmacksache... wir würden wieder kommen...
