You can reach the beautiful Poetto beach in ten minutes on foot along a path that runs along the natural park of Molentargius. The district offers all the necessary services for your stay.
The apartment is located on the first floor in a brand new and elegant building with elevator and a private parking in the garage (for small cars) ideal for motorcycles. You access directly to a modern living room consisting of a double sofa bed, flat-screen TV, air conditioning, WIFI and a brand new super-equipped kitchen.
The bedroom consists of a large wardrobe, a comfortable double bed, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV and a safe. The lovely bathroom consists of a shower, sink, toilet and bidet. All rooms overlook a large south-facing terrace with a fantastic view of the gardens surrounding the building, perfect for spending different moments of the day, from breakfast to evening aperitifs.
Guests will have access to the entire apartment, an elevator and a private indoor parking in the garage of the building (for small cars).
My wife and I will be happy to welcome you personally. We live a short distance from the apartments and we will be at your disposal at any time for information and advice on our beautiful city. We will recommend the best restaurants, places to visit and the most beautiful beaches. If you are interested we will also address you to organized boat trips, excursions, bike rental, sailing and windsurfing courses and any other activity offers the city of Cagliari.
In the same building we have another apartment identical to the upper floor, ideal for another family.
Two hundred meters away we have a cute two-bed room with a large garden perfect for 4 people.
Being the apartments in a condominium, we ask you the attention and respect towards the other condominiums.
The waste is to be disposed of with separate collection, organized with a calendar made available.
All guests must be provided with a valid identity document.
The apartments are ideal for families with children and babies.
