Because the cost of electricity in Hawaii is significantly higher than in other places, we recommend that guests turn off fans and lights in areas not being used or when guests are not in the house. If the Guest's usage results in unusually high electricity charges, the Guest agrees to pay for the additional costs beyond those deemed normal for the Property. A 3.5% Payment Processing Fee will be added to this charge. The maximum electricity charge included with this rental is $200/month.
