A+++ Stay!!!

We just spent the last 9 nights at this house and absolutely loved it. The hosts were extremely accommodating and communicative throughout our stay. I stayed with my wife and 2 kids (2 years old and 5 years old) and everyone loved it. Huge pool in the backyard, above ground jacuzzi, a swing set and area for the kids to play and relaxing views of the farm behind the house. Would stay here again!

Perfect summer vacay

Our extended family had a wonderful week. The house comfortably fit us all. We all throughly enjoyed the pool, lots of cooking, and watching the Olympics. Adam was super responsive and clear on what we needed to know and any concerns. The area is close to all the great farm stands, wineries, and beaches.

North Fork Gem

We had a wonderful stay! The house was comfortable and clean and lots of space to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked and the owners were so generous with paper towels and basic cooking supplies - condiments, coffee, olive oil. So great to not have to buy all of that stuff! But the best part of this rental is the gorgeous pool, hot tub and privacy. The location is wonderful with tons of vineyards and farms all around and a short drive to Greenport. Highly recommend!

Fabulous family spot

My wife and I brought our daughter, son in law and 3 grandchildren up to visit family. If I searched for a year, I would not have found a better home to stay in. The owner was very communicative, providing information on the house, the local wineries and what to do on July 4th. The backyard is paradise!!! Beautifully landscaped with something to entertain everyone (pool, hot tub, swing set). Inside there was EVERYTHING! Basement full of toys for the kids, fully configured kitchen, pool towels, you name it. Even a Pack and Play, which we used as a play pen. The owners even left us a bottle of local Rose wine - I got several to bring home :) It was amazing. We will definitely stay there again when we visit next.

This was our 2nd time staying at this property (stayed last summer). My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the 2 weeks we spent here. Everything was clean and in working order, the pool was refreshing and the house so cozy and comfortable. The owners are so gracious and were always available via text for any questions we had. Coming back here next summer.

Beautiful location and very communicative property owners

Wonderful property!! Owners had great communication and made sure you were all set for your stay. The property itself was beautiful. We had our two boys 5 and 8 and my friends daughter 6. Plenty for them to do in the finished basement with an assortment of toys. Would recommend 10/10 for families and look forward to staying here again!

Exceeded all of my expectations

My family and I are already planning to return next summer. What a treat this place is. The house is clean, spacious and well stocked with essentials. The pool is huge and the yard is also quite large with a view overlooking a big field…so relaxing. We enjoyed the hot tub and my son loved the little playground area as well as the various toys and games in the basement. The house is located in a very quiet area, plenty of privacy but also a short drive from lovely farm stands, the L.I. aquarium, a variety of restaurants, Greenport and more. The hosts are very accommodating and genuinely nice people. You will not be disappointed :-)

Perfect Place for Family Vacation

We spent a week and a half relaxing at this great house and we loved every minute of it. The pool is definitely the highlight but the house was comfortable and very well stocked with supplies (pool and bath towels, soaps, paper towels, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, etc.). The owners were helpful and responsive. The location was excellent and the setting was beautiful. As we pulled out of the driveway, my daughter said "we're doing this again next year, right?"

Amazing multi-generational family get-away in North Fork.

This property exceeded all expectations of our entire family. It met everyone’s needs from ages 2-69. The pool was enjoyed every day, and the hot tub was an evening delight. The basement was loaded w/kid’s toys. Adam was most attentive making sure all was going well via text, with prompt replies for questions. Amazing pool and garden

The pool, hot tub and garden were amazing - brand new sparkling clean and the pool was huge and a lovely temperature. Being able to enjoy the pool rather then shiver was a massive bonus, our kids spent most of the holiday in there. The house is nice too, spacious and with everything you need, tho no kitchen basics like oil or spices. This would be a 5 star property for me if there was some decent blinds - I was woken every day at 6 with the sunshine streaming in. That was a problem for me (with kids) but might not be for everyone! Aside from that we loved this place and had a great time.

Great North Fork Experience

We had an amazing week staying in this house on the North Fork. The backyard is amazing and was perfect for our family with young kids, who loved to play in the sand around the swing set and swim in the pool. The house is located close to pretty much everything, and had all of the necessities for the week - towels, sheets, etc - which made things easy. We had direct communication with Adam throughout the week was very helpful and made the week stress free and seamless. Would definitely rent this house again!

Relaxing week away

Adam and Nathalie have a fantastic home that is in a great location on the north fork. Close to many wineries, farm stands, and bay beaches. Hampton bays ocean beach is about a 20-30 minute drive. The backyard is amazing with a large patio, grill, hot tub and pool. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Family Home

Comfortable, conveniently located to both North and South Fork destinations (we spent many days at Tiana Beach in Hampton Bays - a little over 20 minute car ride). The property owners, Nathalie and Adam, are very gracious and accommodating people who made the process of renting and our stay easy. Their house is spacious and well taken care of. Outdoors are just great and welcoming after a day at the beach.
