A few days at Grand Teton

This was a nice place located in a good spot for downtown, grand Teton, skiing, shopping, and a short drive to Yellowstone. The place was clean and a little snack was left for us upon arrival. Would stay here again!

Great spot to explore Tetons and Jackson

This unit was clean and comfortable and a great spot to explore Grand Teton NP and Jackson from. The beds were comfy and overall it was tidy and plenty of space for 4 adults and 3 young kids. We were walking distance to town or a very quick drive and it was nice to be across the street from a park for the kids. Overall a great stay!

Family Trip to Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks

Was a nice unit. We stayed in it for only one night prior to going up to Yellowstone and staying in the park for a few days. Then returned to another Outpost property, ironically right next to this one, for two days while we explored Grand Teton. Your property was by far more accommodating and comfortable. Wish we had found yours when we booked the final 2 nights of our trip.

We got to town early and went by the grocery, Outpost staff allowed us to place our food in the fridge prior to checking in and before cleaning was fully completed. That saved the day for our lack of planning. The property was as advertised.

Tetons

The unit was very clean. It is an older complex but very well kept. It was really hot inside even with the doors and windows open. That is the major issue. There are lots of stairs and the main living area is upstairs. Great for young people, not so great for old people! The managers are quick to respond.

While we are glad that you found the unit to be clean and our team to be responsive, we are disappointed that we did not provide you with a 5-star experience. We are sorry that the home was not a comfortable temperature during your stay. While the listing discloses that this property does not have air conditioning, we are truly sorry that you were unable to fully enjoy your vacation as a result. We do provide one fan per bedroom and have a list of recommendations for keeping our units cool in our guest materials. In addition to keeping the windows open, we urge our guests to keep the blinds closed when they are not in the home. The sun is very strong at our elevation and we have found this helps in reducing the heat. We hope that you were able to sleep comfortably as the temperatures drop significantly during the evening hours. Also, we apologize if the stairs in the home came as a surprise. While we include photos showing views from the second level, as well as the stairwell leading up to the kitchen and living area, we will add that stairs are required to the property description. Additionally, we are always happy to share this information with our guests prior to booking. Please let us know if you ever return to Jackson. Cute and cozy

Check in code did not work. Got in at 11pm and had go wait nearly a half hour in negative temps and snow for after hours to return my call. Got into the building and none of the beds had linens on them, all were in plastic bags thrown on floor in front bedroom. Two of the heaters downstairs also didn't work and it stayed about 58 degrees downstairs for remainder of the stay. The building and interior was clean and cozy. Our overall stay was fine aside from the hiccups at the beginning and the odd linen fiasco. The rental agency did however refund some of the stay due to the check-in and linen issues. I'd be willing to give it another try in the future.

Looking at our phone records, your initial call was placed while our team was on the phone with another guest. They were then able to return your call ten minutes later, allowing you to access your rental 12 minutes after your original call. We certainly understand this was an unfortunate start to your vacation and sincerely apologize again. We appreciate the feedback you provided about the heating in this home, and the situation with the linens. Both of these items have been addressed with the relevant teams, and we were happy to provide a partial refund as these items were not up to our normal Outpost standard.
