Location, location, location!

Perfect spot in Pedregal! The views are stunning, the dipping pool is perfect to relax in and take in the views. Quick walk to the marina for access to great restaurants and bars. There is also a small grocery store right by the condo complex for any forgotten needs. The unit is spacious and clean and the onsite restaurant is wonderful. Marco and his team do a wonderful job!

Amazing, I did not want to leave

The place is immaculate and is situated perfectly in Cabo San Lucas. It is mere minutes from both the marina and downtown. I am beyond glad that my wife and I decided to stay here instead of a resort for our honeymoon. The hot tub looks out to the Sea of Cortez for spectacular views of Cabo and faces east so you get beautiful sunrises and moonrises.

La vista Cabo San lucas

Condo is great and spacious. Walk down to marina easy but big hill back. Took cab or uber back. Communication with host through Vrbo is slow but he always responds.

Best stay ever!

We enjoyed and love the place. You have everything and EVERYTHING literally you need. Peaceful quiet and convenient for anything you need for your stay. Very secured and safe. Best part of it is that there was wifi 😅 and Marco was very easy to communicate. We can’t wait to come back and rent the GORGEOUS villa again. 100/10

Cabo 2021

Location and property was perfect. Atenas the Property Manager made sure everything was right. 10 minute walk to the marina and great restaurants. We ventured off a view blocks and found the best restaurants. Recommend Wachinangos and the Tuna Tostadas Leovy. Incrediable. Only bummer is we won't be able to get back until March 2022...Perfecto trip.

Wonderful Villa

My wife and I just finished a wonderful stay at the residences at La Vista. The condo is so nice and so big and even had its own private hot tub. Most of the time we felt like we might be the only ones at the resort because it’s fairly small with only 17 condos. There is a very nice pool and every time we went to use the pool we were the only ones there. It was like having our own private resort. The restaurant food is great and the service and communication is remarkable. The marina only takes about a five minute walk to get to. There are a number of restaurants within walking distance. The views of the marina and the sea of Cortez were unbelievable. We will definitely be back.

Great location - nice property.

The location is super convenient for walking access to central CSL and the marina, however, while there is a convenient elevator and stairs on the west side of the property (by the pool) that get you out near the Pedregal gate on Camino Del Conejo, we didn't see any sign of a key to use to get back in, so it is a long and steep walk on the driveway and entry road to Lazaro Cardenas (which incidentally is one-way although when you drive out the driveway there is no sign indicating you must turn left). At the time we stayed (December 2022) the restaurant/bar was still in construction (and impassable despite the video showing you how to walk in), and there appears to be a pool area snack bar or shop that is also under construction. Should be nice when all completed. The views are unparalleled - like a villa in Pedregal. The personal pool was nice (probably great in the summer), but we wished it could heat up like a Jacuzzi. The main pool is nice (although a bit windy during our stay). We had a little mixup regarding having a parking space for our rental car, but the property manager was quick to contact us and we were able to park just outside the gate, under the eye of the guard, which was fine. All in all, a very enjoyable stay in a beautiful unit!

Amazing views!

Very nice condo. As described in the listing. While location is amazing it sits up high in Pedregal. If your not in shape to do some walking this might not be the best choice. For us it was fine however. It was also so quiet. I honestly don’t think there were more than a couple other units occupied. Too quiet for us. We like a bit more activity. We stayed two nights and then headed to our resort. The two nights were perfect. Don’t think we’d want to do any longer than that.

Great July 4th trip to Pedegral

Wonderful view of the marina and downtown area. Hot tub on the balcony was a huge hit with the kiddos. Condo is very safe and secure. Staff is very friendly.

Great Location - Spacious Property

We stayed at the villa for a week during our first trip to Cabo. Communication with the owner in advance was a little difficult through the VRBO app. They offered to set up tours and transportation, but given lack of response we decided against it. They were much more responsive over WhatsApp once we were in town. The condo is nicely kept. We had a few items break on us the first day. Communication via WhatsApp allowed us to get it resolved quickly. Distance to town is nice. Keep in mind the Villa is on a hillside. This allows for those amazing views and breeze. If you don't have transportation, you will have to walk up a VERY steep hill to get back to the property. On days that were hot and/or we had walked a lot, my husband and I opted for an Uber to avoid the scalding sun and steep terrain. The kitchen has a good amount of items to prepare and eat meals. The knives weren't very sharp which posed a hazard given how hard we had to press to cut much of anything. For basic meals it is ok. Don't expect to make anything gourmet. Both rooms and the main living space all have separate A/C controls. This was nice! There is an organic market a few blocks away. If you want groceries, you'll have to drive. The jacuzzi doesn't have heat - so it's basically a small pool with bubbles. The gym is simple, but nice. There is a restaurant on-site which is great when you don't feel like walking anywhere. The food there is ok (nothing special - I had to send two meals back because the food wasn't cooked when it came out) and more expensive than most other places. Security is great. We felt very safe. The property is very quiet during the day and fairly quite at night. You can hear music from the marina at night - as the sound bounces off the hillside. Overall, we would stay here again.

Loved everything!

It was perfect! Plenty of room for 6 people on a girls trip! Beautiful view and private jacuzzi hot tub on the balcony. Very close to everything. Don't need a car but it's cheaper to get a rental than to pay for transportation services. No complaints at all
