A few meters from the enchanting beach of Su Giudeu, we offer this villa on two levels, with the possibility of renting one individually.
The first floor has a splendid view of the sea and the lagoon in front. It boasts a portion of a garden with lawn, exclusive, outdoor shower and barbecue.
The house has three bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room with open kitchen, all totally and recently renovated.
There is the possibility of obtaining prices for the ship trip at advantageous conditions compared to what is proposed by the shipping agencies.
