About this property

It is a beautiful modern house built in 2011, well maintained and modernly decorated.

It is located in a very quiet area a little away from the center of Bayonne but only 8 km from the beaches of Anlget 10 km from those of Tarnos and Biarritz, 3 km from the center of Bayonne, 900 m a shopping center, with a bus stop at the end of the street.

It has a large bright living room of 45 m2 and overlooking the swimming pool, with spacious fully equipped kitchen.
There are 3 bedrooms, 2 with double bed and one with 2 twin beds, all with wall-mounted flat screen as well as 2 bathrooms with walk-in shower and 1 bathtub.

It also has a large covered terrace with gas barbecue ideal for dining outside but sheltered from the rain and offering a shaded area.

The swimming pool is heated to 30 degrees throughout the summer and doubly secured by a glass barrier and an immersed electric shutter.

Finally it enjoys a large garden (total plot of 1000 m2) lush and maintained.

Unser Aufenthalt im Sommer 2022

Es handelt sich um ein wunderschönes Haus nahe der Innenstadt von Bayonne, das sehr zentral gelegen, aber dennoch angenehm ruhig ist. Die Lage ist hervorragend, um die schöne Umgebung zu erkunden und aus unserer Sicht auch nahe genug an sehr vielen schönen Stränden gelegen, sofern ein Auto zur Verfügung steht. Ein Highlight sind der tolle Pool und der schön angelegte Garten, die deutlich größer sind, als man dies auf den Fotos sieht. Unser Hund hat sich in dem Garten sehr wohl gefühlt und wir konnten sehr entspannt sein, da der Garten komplett eingezäunt ist. Unser Gastgeber Jean war jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit, wenn wir ein Anliegen hatten. Dabei hat er aber jederzeit unsere Privatsphäre respektiert.

Maison bien située. Tout s'est bien passé avec le propriétaire. Abords de la maison très joli avec la végétation et la piscine est un plus. Je recommande.

Super accueil du propriétaire. La maison magnifique, propre, le décor extérieur avec la piscine au top. Avec le soleil au rendez-vous, nous avons passé une super semaine !! A refaire sans hésiter !!
