About this property
Beach house.
Our villa located a stone's throw from the sea, is located on the Marausa beach, on the coast between Trapani and Vincenzo Florio airport.
Just 30 meters from the sea, the beach is accessed directly from the residence, ideal for those who want a relaxing holiday and sea; fantastic sunsets over the Egadi and bathe at any time from sunrise to sunset.
The villa on the ground floor consists of 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a built-in kitchen and a living room.
The external part is enriched by a covered veranda where you can have lunch and a courtyard with flower beds and barbecue.
All in full harmony with the Mediterranean colors.
Our house is also ideal for its proximity to enchanting places such as the "Stagnone" reserve and its salt pans with Mozia as a background, or Erice, excursions to the Egadi Islands, a jump to San Vito or Segesta 20 minutes by highway, Marsala and Trapani 15 minutes away.
All that remains is to visit us!
