Spectacular house for 10 people with air conditioning, private pool, wifi

This magnificent rustic house, over 200 years old, formerly a farm house was restored in the finest many original features and charming Majorcan style.

* Interior: The ground floor of Cas Conco is wide, has a magnificent hall in which we find the grand staircase that leads to the 1st floor. The fully equipped kitchen is integrated into the spacious and cozy dining room with a large table for twelve people. On this floor we have the master bedroom with a stunning bathroom with jacuzzi.
Also a small room with the original, authentic Mallorcan fireplace, plus there is a laundry room and guest toilet. On the first floor we have a large hall decorated with love, which has access to a terrace overlooking the sea, a bathroom with tub and shower and four bedrooms, one double with a nice bathroom and the other three bedrooms with double bed.


The large pool is surrounded by Mediterranean plants, trees and palms. There is a well kept with an area ideal for children to play lawn garden. You will find many beautiful places outside in the sun or in the shade to enjoy.

The barbecue is original and very nice and invites them, with its porch with a large table, a pleasant evenings al fresco. From the pool with terraces enjoy wonderful sea views. On the farm there is also an area of ​​fruit trees with chickens.

The situation of the house allows you to enjoy nature and tranquility with his family for their location and access, being located at the bottom of the mountain overlooking the sea and minutes from the town of s'Horta. Just 4 km find the magnificent beaches Cala Sa Nau, Cala Mitjana, Cala Serena, Cala Ferrera and also the Cala d'Or and Porto Colom ports. And just 3 km Golf Course Vall d'Or Golf.

A lovely traditional Mallorca property which was spacious and perfect for our family holiday across all the age ranges. Jaume was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and promptly replied to any queries. The pool is lovely as are the gardens, all nicely kept.

Lovely relaxing holiday in character villa

We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary with our family and really enjoyed our stay at the villa. The villa is full of character and the air conditioning was a real bonus (it was exceptionally hot when we were there) The pool was fantastic and we spent many happy afternoons and evenings playing in the water. The villa offers plenty of space and delightful gardens with a bird avery. We had everything we needed and the host was welcoming and always available. The fridge freezer broke down and within 2 hours of calling him we had a brand new one installed. It was easy to get to the beaches (10mins) and supermarkets by car. The 2 restaurants in the village are well worth a visit, as is the local cafe which serves lovely coffee and home made cake. Overall we had a lovely time and would love to return.

Five star plusplus

This is a fantastic house and garden. We stayed 10 persons aged 10 to 75 for a week, and I even the last day found things I hadn't noticed before. It is a house with a lot of atmosphere and a lot to explore. The garden is in a perfect order, attended every day by Jaume's father. We made pizzas one evening using the pizzaoven and had a barbecue another. The children enjoyed the pool very much. The poolarea has a beautiful view over the sea. There is a lot of space for parking, we had three cars. I highly recommend Finca Ca's Conco. My four grandchildren agree on this and very much want to come back.

Very nice house close to the see.

We arrived at the house in the last week of July 2015. The house was very clean and all beds were perfectly made. We had asked the owner to get a few groceries for us for the next morning, since we were arriving really late on a Friday night. Here are the positive and negatives: positivies: -private pool with nice recliner chairs -private outdoor bbq -parking available for more than one car -kitchen with inside and outside dining possibility -kids can play in the middle room upstairs and outside in the garden pool is deep enough to dive negatives: -no air conditioner, and it gets really hot in the summer. You cannot leave the windows open since there are tousands of mosquitos outside -there is a farm or two just next to the property with roosters and the roosters sing the entire day (from 4am until 8pm) - can get really annoying! I could not sleep the first two nights! -the town is kind of in the middle of nowhere - the next town can be reached by car within 7 min Cala D'or where the beach is located -one of the rooms does not have a proper ventilation system and gets way too hot, my kids slept in the living room because it was unbearable. The owners were really nice and friendly and willing to help with all questions.

Exceedingly good large house and gardens

Our family group of six adults and four children had the most wonderful stay at this superb country house (finca). We could not have wished for a better sundeck area with its large pool, ten seater table and chairs, conveniently equipped with fridge and sink. There are comfortable sun loungers for everyone and a large overhead sunshade and even distant sea views. Then of course there is the house with its roomy bedrooms, lounge, showers and toilets, comfortably accommodating us all for relaxing, eating and sleeping. Much of the furniture is of high quality woodwork in a traditional style in keeping with ambience of the finca. We were able to cook a range of meals in the well equipped kitchen and BBQ areas and the house offered indoor and outdoor dining facilities for our family group. We have to mention the gardens which, situated on a number of different levels, contain a carefully tended selection of exotic plants including cacti and an aviary housing finches and a couple of rabbits. There was plenty of room for our cars within the grounds, secured by remote controlled gates. Five minutes walk away is an excellent small Spar shop with Eroski and other large supermarkets little more than 10 minutes drive away. Finally, the property is ideally located for driving to the nearby superb beaches, such as S'Amarador. Overall, this finca has become a new family favorite and Jaume the host and his parents could not have been more helpful whenever a question arose. Thankyou.

Härligt hus i vacker miljö

Vi hade en fantastisk semestervecka i det mysiga huset i S’Horta. Det var värmebölja men huset hade bra AC, poolen var skön och stränderna låg nära. Värden Jaume var tillgänglig varje dag och mycket trevlig.

Große traditionelle Finka

Wir haben ein großes, älteres Haus vorgefunden das für Kinder nicht optimal geeignet ist, da es viele Treppen gibt. Die Pool Landschaft ist sehr schön und durch den Zugang über Treppen und einem Flachbereich für Kinder gut. Für Schwimmer war er auch sehr schön. Die Küche ist sehr abgenutzt (alte Utensilien) und für den Preis auch kein Toaster oder Eierkocher. Gut ist die Nespressomaschine für den Kaffee zwischendurch. Leider war das Geschirr vom Vormieter nicht sauber und auch einige Räume wirkten eher muffig. Die Bäder waren auch nicht aktuell - Duschen nur in 2 vorhanden mit sehr alten Duschköpfen. Also - wer es rustikal mag, findet hier ein tolles großes Haus - wer es modern mag, ist eher enttäuscht. Leider konnten wir nicht draußen essen, da es sehr viele Mücken gab. Vielleicht dem kleinen Teich geschuldet und den Hühnern und Enten auf dem Grundstück - aber hier kann der Vermieter letztlich nichts ändern.

Alles hat prima geklappt. An- und Abreise sind vollkommen entspannt und unkompliziert. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und hat nachdem der Kühlschrank ausgefallen war, uns umgehend einen anderen zur Verfügung gestellt.

FAMILY HOLS 2022

The Villa was excellent and liked by all members of my family, the only criticism was that all the beds were very firm and uncomfortable. Also our stay was for 10 days and felt a change of bed linen would have been appreciated half way through our stay. These were slight criticism, overall we all really enjoyed our stay and would seriously consider visiting again and recommend to friends.

Stilvolles Haus, wunderschöne Gartenanlage + Pool

Stilvolles, gut gepflegtes Haus. Wir waren zu neunt dort, und der Platz in Haus und Garten war dafür üppig bemessen. Durch die Aufteilung von Bade- und Schlafzimmern ist das Objekt gut für den gleichzeitigen Aufenthalt von drei befreundeten oder verwandten Familien geeignet. Die Garten- und Poolanlage waren traumhaft. Das Haus ist in einen wunderschönen Palmen- und Sukkulentengarten (am Hang) eingebettet; der stilvolle Pool ist recht groß und befindet an einer großen, zum Teil überdachten Terasse. Insgesamt gibt es im und am Haus so viele schöne Sitzgelegenheiten, dass wir uns bisweilen mit der Auswahl schwergetan haben, wo wir denn jetzt frühstücken/zu Abend essen. Zum Strand sind es rund 10 Minuten Autofahrt; von der Poolterrasse sowie der Terrasse im ersten Stock des Hauses hat man einen tollen Meerblick. Jaume und Familie waren jederzeit freundlich und engagiert.

Hervorragende Finca

Wir durften einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt auf dieser Finca verbringen. Sowohl die Sauberkeit, die Ausstattung oder auch die Gastgeber waren hervorragend. Einzig das Kinderzimmer war etwas klein wenn hier noch Erwachsene mit schlafen müssen. Auch die Betten hätten etwas bequemer sein dürfen aber an sich eine TOP Preis Leistung.

Wonderful spacious family villa.

The authentic Spanish villa had everything needed to enjoy a fabulous family holiday. The gardens surrounding the villa had lemon and orange trees and even a couple of aviarys! Pool area was amazing with a large pool, a covered area for socialising and breathtaking views of the surrounding area and sea! The pictures on the listing do not do justice to this fabulous villa! We all felt very safe within the villa, as it had electric gates in and out the drive through courtyard. There were ten of us staying, including babies and young children. Contact with the owner to provide special requests before our stay, e.g.cots and highchairs were responded to and provided without any issues. We would all definitely recommend this villa!

Der Garten ist ein Traum. Alles sehr gepflegt. Der Pool und die gesamte Ausstattung vom Haus sind toll. Jaume war sehr engagiert, sobald wir ein Anliegen hatten (weiterer Bettbezug etc.). Man ist sehr für sich, kleiner Supermarkt und tolles Restaurant fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. 100% zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Urlaubswoche.

Ein wirklich wunderschönes Haus mit einem tollen, großen Garten. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Besonders die obere Terrasse mit dem Pool und der tollen Aussicht haben wir genossen. Jaume ist ein sehr angenehmer Gastgeber, die Kommunikation war super.
