"Casa Ginebras" is a bright, spacious and modern decorated apartment, ideally located in the heart of the commercial district, a stroll away from the Lungomare, Bari main balcony to the Adriatic, yet in a peaceful and quiet street, only a 5-min walk from the central railway station and 15 minutes from Bari airport by express train.
"Casa Ginebras" is the perfect starting point to discover Bari. The flat is easily connected to the rest of the city by public transport, 5-min walk to the famous Petruzzelli Opera theatre and 10 min to the central piazza Ferrarese, a typical Italian square dotted with bars and surrounded by lively streets, and the historical district "Bari Vecchia", as well as within walking distance from the city beach "Pane e Pomodoro".
The entirely renovated flat is situated on the second floor of an historical building in one of the most authentic neighborhoods of the town. It has a balcony on the front and a terrace on the back. All facilities available, large accommodation on first floor. Nice neighbourhood. Good location with old town at walking distance and small local beach not far. Friendly and helpful host. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Spacious and walkable

High ceiling, spacious and near everything there are in Bari. The place is on a quiet street that makes us feel like living a local life. The host, Roberto, are very communicative and helpful.

Nice stay in Bari

Piero was waiting for us on arrival. Brought all our luggage to the second floor. The appartment was well equipped; exactly as mentioned on the website. From the appartment it was a short walk through a lively neighborhood to the old town. Perfect place to stay for a Bari city trip. Piero gave us tips to do, go, eat etc. Nice host.

Spent a couple of nighs here before leaving Bari airport. Appartement is well furnished and clean. Very nicely located within walking distance of the oceanfront, sights and restaurants. Host was easily accessible and responsive. Apartment is on the second floor, but there is no elevator. Not catastrophic but good to know. If you have a car, parking is not easy but there are paid parking options in the area. All in all our stay was good.

Not like the pictures

The host was there for check in and very attentive when we had TV issues, but the place isn't nearly as cute as the pictures. It was obvious that the pictures were taken while the apartment was pristine and ready for renting. It looked tired and used. There was junk in the closets. On a positive note, the kitchen was well stocked with the necessary things for cooking. The host was pleasant and available. The location was good for walking to the water and the historic area and the street was quiet.

Accueil chaleureux à notre arrivée et hôte joignable facilement.L’appartement est très bien placé pour faciliter les transports en train mais aussi pour accéder à la vieille ville.L’appartement est vaste et bien agencé. Il y a tout ce qui est nécessaire dans la cuisine, les salles de bain et même pour le petit déjeuner , c’est adorable.La terrasse est vraiment très agréable.Je recommande vivement ce logement !! Excellent centrally located flat in Bari

A spacious flat in the very centre of the city near the new town and the old one, and 10 minutes to the station with access to many highlights of Puglia. There is everything there to ensure a comfortable stay. The welcome and help we got from the owners was the best we have ever had: details of how to get to the flat from the station, taxi back to the airport, etc. We felt we were being looked after and it made our holiday all the more enjoyable.

Excelente apartamento muy cerca del centro histórico de Bari

El apartamento es moderno y elegante a la vez. No le faltaba detalle tanto en cocina, ofreciendo desayuno diario y productos de baño en los 2 baños del apartamento. Habitaciones confortables, aunque la doble compartida, los colchones de 80 cms de ancho es insuficiente para adultos. Sofá cama muy cómodo y amplio Aire acondicionado y una terraza acogedora, aunque el ruido del tanque de agua es molesto si alguien abre un grifo del agua. La portería es muy antigua y es un segundo sin ascendor. La zona es muy tranquila a tan sólo 10 minutos del centro histórico, con aparcamiento de zona azul a un precio razonable y a zona libre cerca dela estación de tren a tan sólo10' también. La comunicación y relación con los propietarios ha sido muy fluida y clara. Serviciales en todo momento Recomiendo este apartamento para visitar Bari y alredededores.

Un logement agréable

Le logement est bien situé, à proximité du Front de mer, très animé. Le quartier est plutôt agréable, quoique un peu bruyant.Heureusement que l'appartement est bien isolé.Il est bien aménagé avec une batterie de cuisine qui permet vraiment de faire à manger.La ville historique, à visiter, est à environ 15 minutes à pied par le front de mer ou les rues piétonnes.La plage est l à 20 minutes à pied. L'accueil du propriétaire est sympatique.J'ai passé un agréable séjour.
