The apartment was in an excellent location and very secure. The host was very accommodating and the stay was very comfortable for one to two adults. I would highly recommend this host and his properties. Most everything was provided and all appliances worked well. The area was a bit noisy at night from the cafe pub below however once the windows were shut the noise was greatly diminished .

The location was great! Though there is no lift and narrow stairs. There was also no air conditioning only windows for ventilation. I would recommend this place if traveling solo.

Can't beat the location, The unit does have some maintenance items but overall it was exactly what I expected. Quick walk to everything.

This was a great place for us. Close to the center of the city and easy to access. Very good communication with the host, until we were in the unit. He did get back to me but it took over 24 hours so I did not find the laundry in time (it's in basement). Perhaps a decription of where the washer is and instructions for it on the welcome sheet (found on coffee table) would be helpful to others. Check-in time is a bit late (4 pm) and check-out time a bit early (10 am), which is a challenge with one's bags. When asked the host did allow us to arrive at 3 pm, which was so helpful. I would stay again next time I'm in Brussels. Thank you!
