Conveniently located off Fort Union Blvd. in Midvale near countless restaurants, premier shopping, and entertainment to enjoy. Located on the border with several cities including Murray, Cottonwood Heights, and Sandy. Fantastic central location in Salt Lake City near everything!



This home is dog-friendly, with a $100 fee per dog. No cats. If you are planning on bringing your furry friend, please make the appropriate selection at check-out or inform us directly so that we may update your reservation accordingly. Maximum 2 pets allowed unless approved otherwise (please contact us for approval). Failure to notify us may result in a fine of $500. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a pleasant stay for all guests.

Stayed during my niece’s wedding week. We had 5 families renting next to each other. The properties are spacious and perfect for spending time together with good separation of space. It’s a nice quiet neighborhood and super close to shopping.

Home away from home

The location is perfect. Any and everything you need is right around the complex of homes we stayed at. If you wanted to venture further for more exotic things to do and shopping, they aren’t far away. The home was great. It housed my family comfortably. Our vacation/birthday celebration was totally enjoyable. Would totally return to this location. All family enjoyed the home and location.

Favorite vacation home

This felt like a home away from home. Comfortable , cozy, clean and spacious. Entertainment from the ping pong and foosball table. Located in a quiet area . We loved our stay !!!

Great house and location! Loved that the property also had extra units so our very large group could walk back and forth. The 2 smaller bedrooms got very warm at night- leaving the doors open really helped. Some broken blinds but that’s no biggie and didn’t hinder our vacay at all!

Nice and comfy house for 8 ppl

We stayed here for our snowboarding trip. This house location is not as close to ski resort as we stayed before in Sandy but it not far either. House is very clean and comfy for 8 of us. We definitely will consider to stay again in next season

This was our second time renting this property. It’s clean, very organized and we love having all of the added fun activities (hot tub, ping pong table, trampoline and foosball). Check in and check out process was very simple. This place is great!

Family ski week

We have rented properties in the Cottonwood Heights area for the past few years, and this was the best property yet. It was exactly as described in the listing, and proved to be perfect for our immediate family and a few of our kids' friends. The high-top dining table was perfect for working on a jigsaw puzzle, which is becoming a tradition for these ski week get-togethers. The house was well-equipped and met all of our needs. We hope to return!

Great for families

This property was great! Our kids loved the fun basement and the hot tub. We also enjoyed the public park next door, which has an amazing playground. Everything was clean and there was plenty of bedding and towels. The bedrooms have window a/c units, so we were nervous that the house wouldn’t be a comfortable temperature, but it turned out to be quite comfortable.

Comfortable accommodation close to skiing

The property was outfitted as listed, had all necessary amenities, was conveniently located to ski resorts, and only a few minutes from grocery stores. Perfect for a small group or family. Hot tub was clean and hot. Washer/dryer in unit. Parking for up to 4 vehicles if needed (2 in garage and 2 on driveway). Having a grill was a nice bonus as well. Overall, great stay.

Pictures better than the property

The pictures show a perfect home but the reality is it needs an update and new stove badly. Not all the jet’s worked in the hot tub, disappointing. Beds were comfy so that was a bonus. I wouldn’t stay here again for the price, that’s for sure.

Great Location amd Roomy house in Sandy

Everyth9ng for the most part was fine.None of the side lamps work anymore upstairs in the bedrooma so had to take them from the hallway. The small turn knobs are busted, and the front door access code stopped working after hours which was concerning until we were able to get in after a reset.Appreciate the stay, may e just a little TLC at the properry

Overall pretty good.

Bed was too high for most people to get into easily in the third bedroom. Poor lighting for BBQ. No good knives. No tupperware. Poor lighting out front.

Excellent location and beautiful house!

We were relocated to this property due to an issue with the one originally booked. I want to say that Utah’s Best Vacation Rental’s were wonderful and made a difficult situation seamless. I will book with them in the future! This house is beautiful, clean, and in a quiet neighborhood close to a park and restaurants. The only complaint I have that was easily managed was that there was no little amenities such as pepper, cooking spray, or plastic storage bags. Usually when I have stayed in a VRBO house they have those things and it makes life easy. The other negative was that we were unable to use fire pit due to not having the gas key. Otherwise, the backyard is beautiful, quiet and has a great hot tub and grill. We would definitely book this place again!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pictures make this place look larger than it actually is. The wi-fi was unreliable, there were live bugs in the master bedroom window sill, bulbs burnt out in the master bath, a/c not great, gauges in the walls and counter tops, drink glasses/mugs were not equal to the labeled count on the cupboard, hot tub was not on the deck as it appears in the photos.
