The Mallorcan estate has 280 square metres of habitable space and is prepared for 8 people.



The rustic and classic style house has two storeys and is located in the southern area of Mallorca.

It has two living rooms, one on the ground floor and the second on the upper floor. There are several seating areas with sofa, TV, WiFi, armchairs...

Five bedrooms: 2 with double bed, three more with 2 single beds and three bathrooms: two with bathtub and one with shower, complete the rest areas.

A fully equipped kitchen with a large table so that 10 people can cook and eat together.



Highlight the outdoor areas, for having an extremely well-maintained garden, barbecue area and tables for outdoor meals. A 10x5m swimming pool will make their holidays unforgettable and allow them to enjoy refreshing baths and games on hot summer days.
