Typical Asturian stone and wood house located next to Cangas de Onís and Covadonga and the lakes, in the wonderful surroundings of the Picos de Europa National Park. It has been meticulously restored and with great pleasure by its owners, Consuelo, tourist technician and Pedro a prestigious Leonese master Cantero specialist in sculpture. Its theme is music since in the Consuelo family there are prestigious Asturian musicians. His grandfather is a legend, exceptional instrumentalist and composer. The small details and the care in the decoration are an undeniable part of this accommodation. The exteriors allow us to see from the terrace the river Gueña, a haven of peace. It is in an exceptional location with the La Grandera zoo next door and several of the best restaurants in the area 100 meters away. Covadonga is 10 minutes away by car, Cabrales with Naranjo de Bulnes 25 km away. The beaches of Llanes and Ribadesella half an hour and Arriondas, locality of the famous international descent of the Sella, where we can perform the activity in the many active tourism companies in the area, just 7 km.

Charmant séjour !

Très bien située géographiquement entre mer et montagnes, cette belle maison traditionnelle est joliment décorée. Nombreuses salles de bain / WC et literie de grande qualité. Seuls bémols : la petite cuisine pour ceux qui aiment cuisiner à plusieurs en vacances et la route assez fréquentée en journée (mais la terrasse donne côté rivière !) Malgré la barrière de la langue, accueil très sympa : merci Consuelo pour les conseils rando !

Muchas gracias por vuestra opinion. Ante todo daros las gracias por como habeis respetado la casa dejandola ordenada y limpia facilitando nuestro trabajo. Al ser la primera vez que venis a la zona de Cangas de Onis respecto al inconveniente que nos comentais del trafico, y ruido durante el dia es inevitable. Estamos al lado de Covadonga y lagos. En agosto esta zona soporta un gran volumen de turismo y de vehiculos. En cuanto a la cocina, esta dividida con respecto al comedor (para 10 pax) y se mantuvo con su espacio original porque decidimos adaptar una hab para personas con discapacidad. Un abrazo.
