Located in a beautiful third floor apartment, it contains one double bedroom and 2 single bedrooms. There is a lounge-dining room and the well-equipped kitchen means you can enjoy cooking with your friends.There is also a complete bathroom and separate lavatory.



This apartment is located near of the Sagrada Familia, Gaudi’s famous masterpiece, in the sector of Barcelona known as l`Eixample, a name that literally signifies “the expansion” which refers to its role in the urban development that occurred in the 19th century on the initiative of designer Ildefonso Cerdá.



Thanks to the apartment’s location close to various public transportation connection points, it is easy to reach any area of the city.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
CHECK IN- In accordance with the Organic Law for the Protection of Citizen Security it is compulsory for all guests staying in tourist accommodation establishments to be registered by means of a national identity document or passport. This information will be notified to the police within 24 hours of your arrival.

- Access to our apartments will be provided either by using an App on your Smartphone or by introducing a code on the keypad you will find next to the entrance door.

- As soon as your booking is confirmed we will send you an email which will include an attached form which we ask you to fill in with your personal details and those of the other guests before making the payment and signing the rental agreement.

- 24/48 hours before your arrival and once the form has been completed you will receive a link to activate the keys.

- We would kindly inform you that our system is unable to generate the access codes until all the guest details are registered, full payment received, and the agreement signed and returned.

- Our apartments have noise measurement systems and night security.

- We ask you to keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 7am.

HOURS:- Check in time: from 3.00pm onwards.- Departure time: before 11.00am- Please inform us of your expected arrival time

DEPOSIT- Your deposit payment will be returned within a maximum of 72 hours as soon as the vacated apartment has been checked.

The location is excellent. The apartment is well located near the Gaudi avenue and the Sagrada Familia. The apartment was ok. It has to bathrooms as described but only one of them had shower so I felt a little disappointed because we choose it precisely because of the two bathrooms since we were a group of five. Despite of that everything else was ok

La ubicación está bastante céntrica. El apartamento no le gusto y pienso que necesita bastante ajustes. No me sentí segura tener una cerradura de códigos, en mi opinión no es seguro. No tiene pestillo en la puerta como otro método de seguridad. El apartamento tiene 3 habitaciones, y un solo aire acondicionado que no llega a la primera habitación. El medio baño no descargaba, el segundo baño estaba bastante incómodo y la llave de agua caliente de la ducha se ponía muy caliente y mi niña mayor lo toco y se lastimó. No tiene tampoco el baño donde poner cepillo de diente, maquillaje etc. La puerta del baño medio dañada y dentro de la ducha se ve bastante viejo. Hay un solo televisor el cual solo tiene un canal de música, no puedes ver nada más. La cortina de la sala no funciona, no baja, solo sube. Al la hora de hacer check out debes dejar el apartamento sin nada de basura, todo recogido sin embargo cobran un cleaning fee. Me pareció muy caro para todos estos problemas. Mi estancia no fue la mejor!

We had a nice stay in Barcelona, the accommodation was great, the two bathrooms were a bonus. We appreciate the flexibility - we arrived at 2 am and left at 5 am and everything went smoothly. Communication was great, everything was explained perfectly and clearly. The location is nice, walking-distance to Sagrada, we even walked to Parc Güel; but if you prefer to take public transport, metro and bus stops are only a couple blocks away. We really liked the accommodation and recommend it.

This appartament is perfect if you want to visit Barcelona. It is very close to the main touristic attractions (walking distance to the Sagrada Familia and the neighborhoods El Born, El Gothic, El Raval) and there are two metro stations nearby.The appartament is clean and well equipped with anything you need, the check in process is very easy and Renato is very attentive with us, replying fast and helping us with everything we needed.I highly recommend this appartament if you plan to travel to Barcelona.

Enttäuschung

Der erste Eindruck war eine. EnttäuschungDas Apartment ist sehr hellhörig, die Klimaanlage ist nur für das Wohnzimmer, sodass die Schlafzimmer nicht gekühlt werden. Die Wohnung hat über den gesamten Zeitraum schlecht gerochen. Das Treppenhaus ist sehr schmutzig und der Fahrstuhl ging bei unserer Ankunft nicht (wurde aber am nächsten Abend repariert). Die Wohnung ist unpersönlich, man fühlt sich nicht wohl.
