At the heart of the village Arc 1950, we offer a warm mountain apartment in a residence with 5 * hotel services, with inviting fire place and 24/7 reception staff to help you with all your needs. The reception is reached by a lift directly from the covered parking lot in the basements, if you want to leave your car there, it is payable locally.
The apartment is located on 5th floor which is accessible by a lift, this spacious duplex apartment has lovely views all around.
Bright & spacious living room with TV & log fire place, there are enough sofas & chairs and put your feet up & relax with friends & family at the end of your day.
Kitchen has all the amenities you will need including dishwasher, oven, microwave, Kettle, coffee machine and plenty of plates, dishes, cutleries & glasses.
4 bedrooms, 3 with en suite bath/shower room and 1 separate shower room and WC, there are 2 double beds, 4 single beds & bunk bed, Therefore, there are enough beds for all 10 people without using the sofa bed.
There are 2 x ski lockers allocated for our apartment in the basement, from there you can go onto the piste directly.
For the ones with more relaxing experience, there are steam room & sauna, outdoor heated pool, hot tub and if you still feel energetic after full day of skiing, there is gym in the basement, all free access in the building.
Or you may want to try the Nature Spa with fantastic facilities, payable locally, all accessible by lifts without stepping outside.

We absolutely loved staying here. It’s truly ski in ski out, Arc 1950 is absolutely beautiful, and apartment owner was super responsive and we had a superb time.
High quality accommodation, well run., fantastic location with real ski in and out.Some of the facilities such as hot tub/Sauna could do with an upgrade as they are ageing but the main purpose is skiing so this is a very minor gripe. All in all, excellent apartment and Jessica is an fantastic communication. If we go again as a a full group we would love to stay here again.

It was a fabulous apartment, with great facilities, in a super location. It was our first time to Arc 1950 and we will definitely be returning. There were different abilities of skiers and snowboarders in our party, so the area was a good fit for all, with the added bonus of being able to ski in/out. Jessica the owner, was an excellent point of contact and helpful in so many ways. I’d definitely recommend this property to anyone.
Super appartment with loads of space for seven adults, even if we had 8 there was still so much room. Excellent location in the middle of the resort. Nice balcony by the kitchen for the off lunch whihc gets the mid day sun. Ski in ski out a real bonus. Two large ski lockers. The outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna were all used. If you want to go to the Deep Nature Spa this is an extra charge. We all agreed that this was a fabulous find.
We were 2 families (4 adults 3 kids) staying for 1 week. The apartment is exactly as described, really well located. Of course in 1950 everything is ski-in/ski-out - so I mean that this is a top floor apartment - you have no-one above, only 3 apartments on your floor & the view from 1 of the bedrooms gives a view of mont-blanc.
Check-in was simple & the pre-checkin information provided by the apartment owner was very helpful & clear, They were very available for advice pre-stay
The kitchen is well stocked with pots/ pans/ knives/ crockery & glassware.
The living room & dining area easily accommodate the number of guest the apartment holds - & is very comfortable.
The bathrooms have Molten-brown shampoo/ conditioner/ body wash which was great giving an option not to bring your own.
The apartment complex itself is well set-up for ski-in/ski-out with a Ski/boot room and two lockers. There is a sauna, hot tub & heated pool accessed in the building - highly recommend NOT using it at the same time as most people are getting off the slopes - time it well & you will have it to yourself.
the supermarket is reasonably well stocked for gluten-free given it’s in a ski-resort (& very well stocked for everything else - great deli/meats/cheese). We found GF bread, galettes, crisps, pasta, biscuits & snacks & Non-Dairy Milks. Not a huge range but good enough. Didn't find Dairy/Lacto-free cheese - we brought our own.

Bel appartement idéalement situé au cœur de la station. Spacieux, et chaque chambre a accès à une salle de bain et toilettes. Un espace de vie adapté pour 10 et surtout isolé des chambres. Je vous conseille. Merci pour cette semaine.
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’emplacement de l’appartement.
Arcs 1950 est un village piéton et ski au pied idéal pour les familles, avec une ambiance de Noël permanente ! :-)
Les chambres sont de bonne taille, les 4 sdb et wc sont appréciables !
Nous avons également aimé pouvoir faire un feu de cheminée le soir (les bûches sont en vente à 12€ au carrefour montagne et font une soirée)
Espace communs agréables et convivial
Bémol et points d’amélioration : La table basse est trop petite pour 10 personnes, le frigo est trop petit et vieillot ( il manque des éléments qui ont du être cassés, du coup on ne peut pas y mettre beaucoup de choses), coin cuisine et ustensile à revoir, pas assez de rangements, poêles inutilisables car pas adaptées à la plaque vitrocéramique.
À part cela, c’est la 2 eme fois que nous venons dans cet appartement et nous le conseillons fortement !

Merci pour le commentaire Émilie. Je suis d'accord sur la cuisine, nous avons essayé d'avoir une nouvelle cuisine depuis 4 ans ! Nous n'avons pas pu trouver d'installateurs de cuisine en raison de Covid et du manque de travailleurs. Cependant, nous installons une toute nouvelle cuisine avec un nouveau réfrigérateur en juin de cette année avec enfin d'autres nouveautés ! J'espère que vous pourrez le vérifier et revenir. Je mettrai des photos de la nouvelle cuisine sur le site une fois terminée. En ce qui concerne les casseroles, j’ai toujours eu l’impression qu’il y en avait trop, nous n’avions pas l’impression d’être à court de casseroles mais nous ne savions pas que certaines casseroles ne convenaient pas à la cuisinière à induction, il fallait vérifier et en jeter. Merci de l'avoir signalé. Enfin, concernant la table basse, je pense qu'il y a une petite table d'appoint qui est rangée par d'autres et une autre table lampe qui fait aussi office de table d'appoint, j'ai pensé qu'elle pourrait mieux fonctionner qu'une grande car elle prendrait beaucoup de place . préférence personnelle, je suppose… Cependant, si j’en vois un qui peut être intégré, il est toujours possible de le remplacer par un plus grand à l’avenir.
L'appartement est génial, spacieux et avec toutes les commodités. Nous avons été déçu par la petitesse du jacuzzi, hammam et par la piscine un peu froide.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, l’appartement est spacieux, bien équipé, idéalement situé.
Le « dortoir » (1 lit superposé et 2 lits simples) était super pour nos enfants qui pouvaient discuter ensemble le soir.
La cheminée est vraiment appréciable également ( le bois peut s’acheter en filet dans le 8à8 présent sur la station)
Niveau commerces et restaurants, il y a tout ce qu’il faut malgré le contexte sanitaire ( boulangerie; gaufres, crêpes... plats à emporter ou livraison gratuite à l’appartement le soir )
La Propriétaire, Jessica, est très réactive et à l’écoute et fait le maximum pour que nous passions de bonnes vacances et c’est réussi !😊

I skied a lot of places in the last 25 years and seen some fantastic resorts until I came to Les Arcs 1950. it was tucked away hidden gem of place I did not know it existed. I instantly fell in love with this place and the rest is a history.
Why they chose this property
This spacious apartment is perfect place to share with family or friends. It has enough beds for 8 people and there is a sofa bed & extra bedding in the lounge if you want to bring another person at last minute. From arriving at the car park, you enter the building via one door and you are immediately in front of the lifts which can take you to the reception where you can get keys & wifi codes etc from the friendly staff who are there to help you for any questions you have 24/7.
Step outside front door and you are immediately facing the creche - Cariboo Club for children with minimal fuss and just around corner, you have all the shops & restaurants, ski hire & lift passes etc, you do not have to walk far to get them.
The ski lifts are also very well linked which covers all Paradi ski area, you may find it quite tough to ski all the runs in the area in a week.
In another words, it is a family friendly skier's paradise.
What makes this property unique
The ski locker is at the basement where you can just step out through the side door from where you ski out and at the end of day, straight back to the ski locker, no carrying skis at any point on your tired legs. What better enjoying the steam / sauna/hot tub at the end of the day, just put on dressing gown and head for the basement, or if you like to be pampered, find your way to the Deep Nature Spa via lifts where you can have choices of programmes to suit all your needs.
