Villa Elesia is approved by Greek Tourism Organisation & managed by "etouri vacation rental management".


Villa Elesia is a 4 bedroom villa with a pool situated in a quiet area in the area of Pale with easy access to the clear water beaches of south Rethymno. It has a cozy outdoor area with a barbecue, lounge and garden furniture where you can relax and enjoy family and friend gatherings.


Villa Elesia is a 204 sq. m. residence located in the Pale area in the southern part of Rethymno. It can accommodate 8 guests in its 4 bedrooms, with the option to host a 9th guest on a folding bed.


Layout
Ground Floor


On the ground floor there is a large, bright living room with a 50" satellite HDTV with Netflix subscription, Playstation 4, bluetooth speaker, a fireplace and a dining table. The living room has large glass doors that accessed the pool and outdoor area. There is also a spacious fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen table. One of the four bedrooms is also on the ground floor. This air-conditioned bedroom has two single beds (0,90X2,00) as well as an ensuite bathroom with shower. Additionally there is a WC on the ground floor as well as a storeroom with the washing machine, clothes dryer and iron/iron board.


First Floor


The remaining three bedrooms are on the first floor. There is the master bedroom with a Queen size bed (1,60x2,00) which has a 21" TV and an ensuite bathroom with a bath. The second bedroom of the first floor features a King size bed (1,80x2,00) and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom offers a king-size bed (1,80x2,00). All of the bedrooms have air-conditioning and balconies.


Outdoor area
Villa Elesia has mountain views from the balconies, verandas and outdoor pool area. The outdoor area includes:

-? private swimming pool that can be heated with an additional daily charge (please note that the pool heating can be used for the entire stay and it requires at least one-week advance notice). The pool terrace is equipped with an outdoor shower, umbrellas and sun beds.
-A fully equipped gas BBQ and outdoor dining under a shaded area are provided for al fresco dining.
-A garden swing, trampoline and ping pong table are also available for our young guests.
-The Villa and outdoor area are fenced. Despite the neighbouring houses, there is enough privacy in the outdoor area.


**Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR15 per night from April to October and EUR4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.

Great vacation

We had two wonderful weeks in a comfortable, open and spacious house. Everyone was free to do whatever they wanted or to withdraw. In the large kitchen, we were surprised right at the beginning of our holiday with bread, fruit and drinks, which we have never experienced in this form. Completely satisfied, we are already looking forward to our next holiday in one of your houses and can warmly recommend your agency. A beautiful large house with excellent facilities for a family.

The house was a perfect size for our family of three generations, including a 12 and 14 year old. The owner was there with a warm welcome very late at night (a delayed flight) and she even provided some food for the evening and breakfast. The facilities and equipment of the house were outstanding. We had everything we needed. Unfortunately we had very cold weather, which we were told was unusual for this time of year and we had difficulty keeping warm in the lounge area in the evenings, We used the air conditioning in the bedrooms for warmth. Unfortunately not all of the houses in the immediate vicinity were of the same standard as the one we rented. Overall, however, this was a great place from which to explore some beautiful places in Crete.

Großzügig mit vielen Rückzugsbereichen

Wir waren mit 7 Erwachsenen und 2 kleineren Kindern da und fühlten uns sehr wohl, auch dank der netten Gastgeberin. Das Ferienhaus liegt recht geschickt für Ausflüge auf der Westhälfte von Kreta oder an die Südküste, die naheliegende Durchgangsstraße ist kaum zu hören. Es ist lichtdurchflutet, großzügig geschnitten, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet (DVD über Playstation). Kann auch gut kühl gehalten werden. Der Garten hat mehrere Zonen, jedes Schlafzimmer einen Balkon, überdachter Essbereich im Freien, Pool auf Wunsch beheizt (allerdings kein Kleinkinderbereich, kein Geländer). Trampolin für die Kinder der Hit. Wegen Aufteilung der Zimmer erhielten wir weiteres Bett aufgestellt,ebenso ein Kinderbett. Auch für 8 Personen beste Voraussetzungen für Wohlfühlferien!

Wunderschönes Haus mit allem Komfort

Wir haben 10 Tage in der Villa Elesia verbracht. Alles war wunderbar. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld und der Empfang und die Betreuung durch Anastasia waren einwandfrei. Das Haus ist sehr schön. Es ist wie auf den Bildern. Highlights sind natürlich der Außenbereich inklusive des Pools, die große Küche mit allem, was man zum Kochen braucht, der Wohnbereich, etc. Das Haus wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes zwei Mal gereinigt, was wir als sehr angenehm empfanden - zumal das nicht selbstverständlich ist. Leider sind die Matratzen sehr hart und in der Nacht bellen draußen einige Hunde aus der Nachbarschaft. Wer einen leichten Schlaf hat, sollte die Fenster schließen, dann geht es. ;-) Insgesamt können wir die Unterkunft sehr weiterempfehlen!

Es war ein super Urlaub, den wir in der Villa Elesia verbringen durften. Von A bis Z alles perfekt. Das Haus ist sehr wohnlich und komplett ausgestattet. Genau wie auf den Bildern. Die Lage ist sehr günstig, egal in welche Richtung man möchte um die Insel zu erkunden, auch zum Einkaufen ist es nicht weit. Es hat uns insgesamt an nix gefehlt. Der Service war erste Klasse. Sehr nette Begrüßung von Anastasia und kompetente Betreuung. Wir würden auf jeden Fall diese Unterkunft nochmal buchen, kann man nur empfehlen!

Wunderschöne Unterkunft

Das Haus war traumhaft. 3 mal die Woche kam ein 3 köpfiges Team zum putzen. Es wurde jedesmal der bis in den letzten Winkel geputzt und desinfiziert. Beim eintreffen war der Kühlschrank vollständig gefüllt. Zu jedem Putztermin wurde super leckeres Gebäck mitgebracht und vor der Abreise für jeden Gast sogar noch ein Abschiedsgeschenk. Unfassbar guter Service. Aber selbst ohne dies wäre das Haus 5 von 5 Punkte wert gewesen. Riesig groß, toller Pool. 4 Schlafzimmer 4 Bäder Handtücher für Bäder und Pool /Strand wurden 2 mal die Woche gewechselt. Sogar Netflix und ne playstation ist vorinstalliert und steht zur Nutzung bereit. Einfach top.

Traumhafte Villa

Wir waren 8 Personen von 22.08.2020-05.09.2020 in der Villa Elesia. Wir wurden von Anastasia sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Villa ist genauso wie auf den Bildern zusehen sehr gepflegt und geräumig. Die lage der Villa hat unserer Meinung nach einen sehr guten Standpunkt. Das heisst, das man mit dem Auto ca. 20 min das Meer nach Süden oder nach Norden erreichen kann.
