Little Bay Country Club is an upscale gated beach community in Negril, Jamaica.
The grounds offer an infinity edge swimming pool overlooking a private white sand beach. Our 1 bedroom apartment is a clean minimal space with all the conveniences that you would expect to find in your own home:
The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable queen sized bed, Flat screen TV with cable,two closets and air conditioning.
The living room is air conditioned and offers sofa/daybed, dining table, Smart TV with cable and Bluetooth Bose audio system.
In the kitchen, there is an energy efficient washer and dryer, stainless steel refrigerator, glass top stove with oven, toaster,coffeemaker and microwave.
The bathroom is equipped with a full stand up shower ,a deep tub, toilet and sink with vanity.
French doors open up to and inner garden behind the apartment and close proximity to the tennis court.

Working Vacation

Had to work from Jamaica for a few days before I started my real vacation and this location was perfect. Internet and AC worked really well. Great green space out back ( but chairs should be upgraded — also a table is needed ) Community pool and private beach outstanding. New HiLo Grocery Store within 5 minute drive

Safe & Peaceful

Great location to stay for Negril, out of the hype, good security, great private beach, beautiful grounds. The unit itself fell somewhat short of it's requirements - outside lighting & essential items we expected would be provided for a months stay. No information about transport, groceries or safety considerations, we found this out by ourselves - overall it was a better choice than staying at other resorts on Bloody Bay or 7 mile beach. Met some very nice people during our stay!

Prior to her arrival, Jane asked me to provide her with transportation options to and from the airport as well as taxi services within Negril. I gave three taxi services to use that I deemed safe and reliable. I also offered my advice and opinions on buying groceries and going out to dinner. There are no outside chairs pictured in the property description but Jane wanted and I bought them for her; fair request that I was happy to oblige. In regard to the malfunctioning outside porch light. It was determined that is was a greater electrical issue ; not simply replacing a light bulb. An entire new fixture had to be installed and replaced.I did everything within my power to expedite the process and it did get resolved shortly afterwards.

Another nice stay at Little Bay. We landed late due to a weather delay in Toronto. The owners representative Lee was patiently waiting when we arrived He showed us the ins and outs of the rental unit. We decided to travel without our children for our first pist COVID trip so the one bedroom was just the right size. Everything seemed to be in good working order although we had to ask for things such as dish soap,hand soap and toilet paper. These were promptly provided by Lee. About half way through our stay the wifi went down and again it was promptly returned to service when we contacted Lee. The unit is quite adequate for a couple to enjoy a week on this lovely property. We have stayed at Little Bay several times in various units and we are very happy there. The unit could use some up grading on the interior lighting and a safe to store passports etc would help. We locked ours in the trunk of our rental car during the day and “hid” them in the suite while we slept. All things considered it was a very pleasant week. I recommend this property.

Beautiful Place with Needed Refinement

Communication was challenging from beginning to end. No attendant at check-in with a phone number provided only after arriving mid-day to learn the unit was still being cleaned and to return 1.5 hours later. Then no response thereafter even at checkout to coordinate securing the unit, so a hand-written note was left. The unit was not stocked with personal items, and toiletry provided for a 5 day rental was insufficient. We rent in this Little Bay community often, and hope that this review leads to an improved future stay.

Great Property

Dorian was awesome in helping me to prepare for my stay. The property is exactly as pictured which made the stay better. I am a frequent traveler and sometimes travel allow. I felt extremely safe and was given the name of Mr. Campbell as a driver who was available when we needed him and was able to give us great suggestions on what we should while on our trip and great places to eat. I will definitely be staying at Dorian's property again.

Great place, great location!

We stayed here in April 2021. The place was clean, exactly as pictured, and the staff were very friendly! We had everything we needed there and the staff at the property where there to help us with any questions we had. Location was fantastic. There’s a pool and a beach for the residents there which was very clean and well kept. Just a few minute ride got us to the shops and restaurants. Overall I loved it there and will definitely be back!

Wonderful, Relaxing, Beautiful

We had an amazing stay. The apartment is nice and provided a nice home away from home. The air conditioning worked great, the bed was comfortable, the kitchen nicely stocked with all cook ware we needed. Oddly, other than the kitchen and one exposed bulb in the living room, the lighting in the apartment was low light yellow bulbs - nothing we couldn't deal with! The community is clean and safe and we enjoyed taking walks around the grounds each evening. The pool is beautiful just like the pictures that are posted. The beach is quiet and private and it was raked clean each day. Be sure to bring snorkeling equipment! We also explored, and a short walk through the woods took us to Bloody Bay, where there were resorts and locals selling goods and food. We hired Lee to take us to 7-Mile Beach (a beautiful active beach with restaurants, shops, para-sailing, etc), to a restaurant for dinner and also to the grocery store. Lee was also good answering any questions we had throughout our stay. All in all, a wonderful vacation, we are looking forward to another visit soon!

Just what the doctor ordered
