This exquisite holiday home in the village of Osmington, near Weymouth in Dorset can sleep 12 people in five bedrooms.

Baytree Lodge is a stunning property in the village of Osmington, close to Weymouth. The property has five bedrooms and sleeps ten people. It has 1 x Master king bedroom with a single bed, 2 x king-size bedrooms, 1 x twin and 1 x triple bedrooms (all with en-suite) and a family bathroom. There is a large kitchen/dining area and two sitting rooms one with wood-burning stove. The property has an indoor swimming pool, games room and extensive gardens including play area, BBQ and furniture. Baytree Lodge in Osmington is the perfect house for your large family holiday near Weymouth in Dorset. Note: Please note that the swimming pool, games room and children's play area are all unsupervised and are therefore used at your own risk. Note: Please also be aware gardeners will be attending the property intermittently throughout the year for essential garden maintenance. Note: The heated swimming pool will be closed on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8am - 9am for essential pool maintenance (except bank holidays). Maintenance contractors will access the pool via the garden and not through the house. Note: 1 x King-size bedroom is situated outside the main house above, the games room.
Note: First basket of logs for wood burner fire provided between Oct-April. Note: Good House keeping bond of 200GBP. Please Note: This property only accepts a minimum of 7 night stays between 30th May- 1st October 2026. Saturday changeovers only.
Please note: There are a flight of stairs down to the swimming pool with a stairgate at the top. Note: JPF plumbing will be attending the property to do a gas safety certificate on 8th June 2026 between between 8am and 10am. They will require access to the property within this period.

Enclosed garden area overlooking open fields, containing patio with dining table and chairs and brick-built BBQ. Children's play area with swings, den, climbing frame and slide. Accepts one well behaved dog.

Town: Osmington village, is situated on the Jurassic coastline of Dorset, just 6 miles from Weymouth wher you will find an glorious beach and historic harbour and just 11 miles from Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door. Home to the famous Chalk hillside carving of George III on horseback, cut into the hillside to commemorate the Royal visits to Weymouth, this landmark can be seen from miles away. It is also the place that John Constable spent his honeymoon in 1816 and where he completed his painting of Weymouth Bay that now hangs in the National Gallery. The South West Coastal path runs through Osmington Mills, a tiny hamlet on the edge of Osmington. Here many walkers start their coast path walks at the Smugglers inn, where reputedly there are historic connections to smuggling. Be sure to visit to find out all the stories. A short drive will see you reach a local convenience store at Preston. Weymouth offers a larger variety of shopping, eating and entertainment choices.
